The property owner entered my room at 10:05 am ( 5 minutes past the checkout time), she only knocked on the door for 2 seconds and opened my door without my permission, she came in with a dog while I was not even dressed up. …

I stayed with my dog for two days. I specified this when making the reservation on the travel website, but when I called to confirm, the owner was a pleasant person and made me feel at ease. The room was clean and the dog supplies were prepared. The rooftop dog run is recommended as it is illuminated at night! It's great to be able to stay within walking distance of sightseeing spots, and even dogs can stay here.

I stayed here with my wife and 3 small dogs during Golden Week at the end of April.Apartment Balcony 4th Floor Pet Allowed Plan (Rakuten) It's close to tourist spots so it's important to bring your pet along, and the price was set for one room, so it seemed like a good deal. The pet fee is set at 3,000 to 4,000 yen per pet, and when I inquired over the phone, I was told that there is no restriction on the number of pets, but there is no discount for 2 or more pets, which is calculated by multiplying the number of pets by the pet fee. Even though the number of pets multiplied by the pet fee, the number of dishes and pee mat cases did not increase even though the number of pets increased.Check-in will be done by yourself using your smartphone, so you will need a photo of your face and a photo of your driver's license (identification card), so please prepare them in advance. There are no elevators, so transporting luggage is a laborious task. In addition, there is no private parking lot, so you will inevitably have to use a nearby coin parking lot, but if you make a mistake, you will have to pay the same price as in Tokyo, so please check in advance. (The reception will tell you the location, but it may not be available when you go.)The interior of the room was clean and there were no particular problems, but there were some issues such as the diatomaceous earth mat in the bathtub being discolored (it looked like black mold) and the provided cup being dirty, but it is not for people who don't care about the details. That's right. Since it is near Shimizu, it is naturally a congested area.

Two adults and two children (4 and 2 years old) stayed for 2 nights without meals. On the reservation site, there was no charge for children, and I was able to make a reservation for the price of two adults, but when I arrived at the reception on the day of the reservation, I was told that I would have to pay the same additional price for the two children as the adult price. When I showed them the contents of the reservation confirmation email, they asked me to just pay the facility usage fee.Since there was no way I could book another hotel on the same day, I had no choice but to pay an additional fee of 12,000 yen.Is this a scam?I would like to refute the answer given by the inn.As a result of searching for an inn that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, this inn and room came up, and I officially entered the reservation for 2 adults and 2 children and made a reservation.I have also received reservation confirmation emails that clearly state how much it costs for a family of 4 to stay. However, when you are told at check-in that ``Children are charged the same room rate as adults, so you must pay an additional fee,'' and you are charged an amount that is more than double the amount in the reservation confirmation email, you will think, ``What?''If the accommodation does not allow children, or if children are charged the same room rate as adults, please make it clear from the beginning that you cannot book with children and that children will be charged the same rate as adults. Also, please acknowledge the fault of the inn in setting up such a setting to allow reservations. Isn't that a breach of contract? I have saved all the reservation confirmation emails as screenshots, so would you like to post the images? It seems that the husband's response is highly praised, but I wonder how the lady's response is...

It was a truly wonderful and ideal accommodation. This time, I took care of two medium-sized dogs and my family.・The room is spacious and comfortable.・The rooms are new and clean, and the Japanese-style rooms are also fresh.・Security is solid.・The interior has a homely atmosphere.・Feel consideration and goodwill toward equipment and equipment.-Equipped with a large TV.・Air conditioners are installed in each room for your comfort.・Baths and toilets are kept well-cleaned.・The owner is a cheerful and kind dog lover.・A valuable accommodation that can accommodate two medium-sized dogs.・Great location! Walking is also a luxury.・All super tourist spots are within walking distance.・We will introduce you to nearby 24-hour fixed-price parking lots.・You can use the inn's free Wi-Fi.・There are many convenience stores and supermarkets nearby.・The kitchen has a 3-burner electric stove that allows you to cook authentic meals.・There is a large refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, etc.・Very reasonable accommodation rates. When looking for a place to stay, there aren't many places that accept medium-sized dogs, and having two dogs makes the conditions difficult, but I'm really grateful that I was able to stay here, with spacious rooms and well-equipped facilities, and at a very reasonable price. This is a very valuable accommodation. In Kyoto, it is difficult to even get a room of this size for this price, but here it was spacious even with two cages, so both the dog and the person could spend a relaxing and comfortable time without feeling cramped. .They also had goods for dogs (cushions, cages, cleaning goods, etc.). A small circle cage was always available for the cage. The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner electric stove for home use, so it is an environment where you can cook authentic meals. The refrigerator is a large household refrigerator. There is also a microwave and toaster, as well as goodwill tableware. Detergent and sponges were also provided, so I washed the dishes and used them. There are many convenience stores around the inn, and there is a supermarket called Fresco just south of the inn, so it's very convenient. There is a dock run on the rooftop. (This time, some of the equipment was damaged due to bad weather and it was closed pending repairs, so I'm looking forward to using it next time.) A dock run in the middle of Gion is a luxury. There is no parking lot at the inn, but they introduced us to a parking lot nearby that was cheap and easy to park. When it comes to parking in Kyoto, Gion is expensive, the number of parking spaces is limited, the parking lot fluctuates rapidly, and it may be difficult to secure a parking spot depending on the season, so I think it's better to make arrangements early if you can. (This time, Times Gion Bishamon-cho, which is within a 2-minute walk, was priced at 1,800 yen for 24 hours on weekends, and KF-Park Shimokawa-cho, an area across from the traffic light, was priced at 1,500 yen for 24 hours on weekends.)The owner is cheerful and kind, and he is also a dog lover himself, so it was a hotel that really conveyed his desire to support people traveling with pets. This is an inn that I would like to stay at again, and I hope that it stays healthy and stays for a long time to come.
