About 2 minutes walk from Kanazawa station.Large parking lot nearby.Night parking costs up to 500 yen.There are pubs and convenience stores nearby.It's a very convenient location.The room was old, but had been renovated in a nice way.

Thank you for your continued support.Tabine is the best base in Kanazawa.We make good use of the old folk house and have a kitchen, so it has a comfortable feel that is different from a hotel.Your pet will be happy and can live a comfortable life in Hokuriku.

This is the main reception desk for Tabi-on, but it was difficult to find the location using the navigation system.The receptionist was very kind and kindly provided me with information on where to stay at Tsunagi-an Tabi-tone.👏

The response is a mess.When I called and confirmed on December 15th,"Since you made your reservation through our website, you can stay for 9,100 yen, the same as when the GoTo campaign was applied. About a week before check-in, we will send you a payment email, so please access there and make the payment."However, when I opened the lid, I was sent a re-booking email that was different from what was explained, and I had to go through the trouble twice, even though I had written the amount for the 15th in the notes section. The payment was made without my permission for more than twice the amount.Furthermore, the parking lot that was listed in the email one week before check-in was written incorrectly and there was actually no parking lot, and even though I had paid twice the amount, I was asked, ``Do you have any changes to your stay?'' , I'll send you an email.In the accommodation industry, work begins even before the day the customer stays.With such a messed up approach, no matter how beautiful the townhouse is, it won't be fun at all.Isn't it a scam to make someone pay double the amount they confirmed?I understand that there is confusion on the ground due to the cancellation of the national campaign, but if that is the case, we should respond even more carefully.This is a company that was previously in the lodging industry, and there was some distrust in its structure as a company.In the end, the amount was corrected, but the argument is that"Because I chose advance payment, I paid twice the amount. It was the customer who chose advance payment."is what they said.If Tabine had followed the payment flow I confirmed on the 15th, this wouldn't have happened, but I didn't see the slightest sign of remorse.We recommend that you check it several times before using it.I will never use it again.
