You can't really feel the atmosphere of the hotel from the entrance. I have heard from the hotel staff. When checking in, I didn't know where to go without being told to come here, so I checked in at the smart Kururu check-in desk.This time I stayed with my mother. I thought that if I had known from the beginning that there would be two women staying, I would have prepared toiletries for women such as lotion, but they weren't available, so I had them over the phone.I had Japanese food for breakfast. The staff working there were polite and nice, but it was a little rough considering the price and the room.For example, we were staying with a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 infants), so we made a reservation with the intention of sleeping in twin semi-double beds, but the room we had on the day was a king bed with only one futon, so we were worried about how we would sleep, and there were no facilities. The chocolate was melting (I ended up having to change rooms, but in both rooms it was melted to the point where high-grade chocolate balls were connected into one).I was disappointed in both cases, and the rooms I was not happy with were selected, so I felt that the service was not done from the guest's perspective.I was a member of Bay Court and received a free accommodation ticket, so I didn't spend much money and only paid for the food etc.For some reason, the pool costs 3,000 yen for staying at Kavala instead of the member price of 1,000 yen, and since it is a shared facility with Bay Court and both are managed by Resort Trust, I think the service is a little lacking in consideration.
