November 29, 2023A few years ago, my family stayed at Setsugekka in Kagaya, and we were treated very well, and they recommended us to try it out at least once! ️At that time, there are many other hotels that offer better hotels, inns, and even more delicious meals, but this was the hotel that impressed me overall, including the customer service! ️!! ️The train journey from Nagoya to Wakura Onsen Station took quite a while (^-^)Still, being able to visit Kagaya this time was still the most memorable trip❣️We were provided with a shuttle bus from Wakura Onsen Station to and from Wakura Onsen Station (^.^)First of all, the driver gave me a polite greeting 😊... It's a happy start ❗️When you arrive at the hotel, a staff member will greet you as soon as you get off the bus.Just say your name at the front desk and you will be shown to your room immediately❗️Check-in procedures are done in your room! ️,,, that's good 🙆🙆The room attendant brought me a yukata, and as expected of a professional 👍👍I'm tall, so even though I didn't measure myself (lol), she gave me the perfect yukata!! ️!! ️First, make some matcha and take a sip with some sweets❗️... It's a fine-grained tea... Soft and delicious taste 😋😋Thank you for taking care of me...very neat and friendly ☺️☺️I participated in a tour of the museum's artworks starting at 4pm.I thought it was Picasso or Van Gogh ( 🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️ )...A tour of the art works at Kagaya!! ️There were so many people that we were divided into two groups.The man explained it very carefully!! ️It was a fun time and we even laughed sometimes! ️I learned a lot because there were so many things I didn't know...Kyo Yuzen and Kaga Yuzen are different in the way they are blurred❗️Kaga Yuzen is painted from the outside, so the outside is darker, which was refreshing ♫ (outer blur)It was decorated with Wajima lacquered pianos, paintings of various techniques, and pottery... ️There was a quiz after the tour, and I answered all the questions correctly! ️,,, I received a wonderful file 🎶While we were wandering around and exploring, it was time for dinner... and we sat down on a table and chair by the window in our room! ️、、、The waves are crashing right below the window ( ^ω^ )I also had the sea cucumber delicacy Kuchiko...I don't like sea cucumbers, but I tried it! ️I did it😁A big crab is sitting on the table with its arms and legs spread out! ️It was filling and very delicious 😆😆Steamed abalone with sake... I was wondering if it would be hard, but it turned out really soft and delicious! ️The person taking care of the food will carefully remove the shell and cut it with a knife and fork.)^o^(It was very delicious❗️The simmered Nodoguro was neither too rich nor too thin, and I finished it in no time 😋😋After finishing the delicious meal, we also enjoyed the show!! ️After a fulfilling time, I took a bath and went to bed...the bed was super comfortable😀😀We have the same mats as at home, so I don't have any back pain when I wake up❣️Tsubasa: I woke up at 5:30 in the morning and went to take a bath! ️It was pitch black outside the open air bath, but the strong wind was blowing cold and it was a pleasant and happy bath 😆😆When I opened the window of my room during breakfast, I saw a rainbow 🌈,,, I'm so happy 😄😄My morning meal was served by the same person as yesterday! ️Although he is young, he provides very nice customer service　(*≧∀≦*)Buildings and other things change little by little as the days go by, but what remains in the end are the people! ️I believe that polite, prideful, yet warm customer service is the most important thing that remains in the end!! ️Not to be outdone by Kagaya, other hotels are also providing excellent customer service. ️We sincerely support Kagaya, the original No. 1 hotel, as it continues to improve even further 📣(I only stayed for one night, so I can't say much about it, but it was a nice hotel.)I would like to visit again ❣️)
