Beautiful place, super friendly and helpful host, it's perfect to get out of the city at night. The Sento (local public bath) nearby was very local and a great experience. Location was far north, it takes 30 mins to get into town, but the bus stop is literally a 2 min walk away, and if youre up for it, you can walk into town in an hour following the river bed which was beautiful 😍Don't underestimate the Tsukemen ramen place really nearby as well, it was delicious! Thanks again, we hope to come back soon

first thing you'll notice as a foreign traveller is how good the host's English is.second is how well kept it is. it's got the full traditional look and feel while being modern in the places where it really counts, the shower facilities, bathrooms.the futons offered some of the best sleep I've had the whole journeythe host also goes above and beyond to make sure each and every guest enjoys their stay there.highly recommend the experience.

Absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Ryokan. Katsunori-san has done a really good job in maintaining this place so well. The rooms are clean, the futon beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and spacious and has laundry and microwave. You can also send luggage here via luggage transfer services like Yamato. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The place is very near to bus stop and has access to all nearby restaurants and cafes. Would definitely comeback a second time here 😊
