I stayed here with three friends the day before climbing Mt. Hakusan. Since it was a weekday, I ordered rice balls for breakfast at 7am, but the shuttle bus was empty. I enjoyed talking with the landlady while having my morning coffee, but I had to cut it short because I had to go mountain climbing. I wish I had listened a little more. I was able to look at old accommodation books and learned a lot. The food was delicious and I had a large refill of rice.As for the bath, I stayed at another inn last year and took a bath in the public bath, but the bath at Harukaze Ryokan is in a class of its own.

This time, I stayed at Harukaze Ryokan while climbing Mt. Hakusan.I made a reservation over the phone for 3 days and 2 nights with dinner included.Dinner on the first day was mainly wild vegetables and char, and it was very delicious. They even prepared an extra side dish, which made me very satisfied. On the second day, after climbing Mt. Hakusan, my friend fell ill due to heat stroke, but they treated me with great hospitality and even provided me with medicine.I have stayed at many different inns, but this is the first time I have stayed at one where I was treated so kindly, and I was very impressed.Best of all, I had made a reservation without breakfast in order to climb the mountain early in the morning, but they were flexible enough to change the reservation to include breakfast on the third day.I was very grateful for the divine service I received from start to finish. This is also a place you definitely want to stay when climbing Mt. Hakusan. thank you very much.

The location is next to the public bath. The bath is small and the inn feels like a country home.
