We stayed 4 nights with the breakfast service. The location is top tier, less than 5 minutes from Kyoto station and bus station. Many restaurant and shops in the area. The personal is nice and well speaking english. Many services are available for the guest. Very nice coffe lounge free. The breakfast os really good with a lot of choiceses between continental and oriental breakfast. The room are nice and clean but a beat small for European standard. I suggest choosing this for your stay in Kyoto.

The room is smaller than I thought. The bathtub is so small that I can't even relax my legs.Instead, it's really clean and friendly. I really enjoyed breakfast too. There were too many people at the public bath at the time I wanted, so I ended up not being able to use it.

I first chose this hotel because of its good location, very close to Kyoto Station. Secondly, it is a relatively new hotel that has been open for about 5 years.I officially stayed for four nights and found the room to be quite large and tidy. There is a small table that can be used, so there is no desk (there is a place for working on the first floor) or a place to put on makeup. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry (without the toilet button). There is a little dust in the place, which is the only place that I feel has not been wiped). There are supplies on the first floor, but remember to get them first if you need them, because they won’t be available if you go down early in the morning, and some of them will be taken away if you return to the hotel too late😅 (there is a shower I think towels are great because bathing with shower gel is really necessary. The hotel provides them so I don’t have to bring them myself 👍).The bed is still remade every day (but I washed the recyclable bottles and put them on the table but did not take them away, so I had to throw them in the trash can 😂 Maybe I thought I still wanted them 🤣), change my bathrobe, and replenish water. (The water bottle is very beautiful and belongs to the hotel).Because I wanted to find a restaurant to eat outside, I was afraid that I would be full after eating breakfast in a restaurant, so I didn’t order breakfast, but there were places like cafes available (when I checked in, the hotel staff did not specifically introduce the hotel facilities to me. I found that there was a slight deduction here 😓), because I was afraid that drinking coffee and milk would cause diarrhea and make me unable to sleep, so I didn’t go in specifically for the first two days. Later I discovered that the environment inside was great, and the sunlight came in in the morning and I sat there to drink. A cup of drink is comfortable and cozy👏 (I didn’t know until the last night that in addition to coffee and tea bags, you can also drink matcha and cocoa😆)FamilyMart is just a little behind the hotel (the fried chicken is so delicious, you must try it😋), Don Quixote is also very close, and Kyoto Station is also a place for shopping and dining, which is very convenient.Overall, it is above the standard. I will consider staying there if I have the opportunity in the future☺️

Nice hotel in prime location. Twin room is a little small, though nice bathroom and toilet. Advertised with sauna in Booking.com but there was no sauna so that’s a little disappointing.

Clean hotel, very well-kept, modern, very comfortable beds. The hotel has nice and helpful staff, the location is perfect - a few minutes to the station. A modest gym, but the important thing is that it is there. There are self-service points at check-out, so you can check out quickly. I highly recommend it!

I stayed at Vischio Kyoto, a luxury business hotel that has a good reputation for its breakfast. The location is really close to the Itami Airport bus stop 🔜 We arrived after 8pm, but the location was fine ❗️ It's right next to Kyoto Station, so access is excellent. This hotel also has a lounge that is free for guests ❗️ Here you can drink all-you-can-drink coffee, various types of matcha latte, etc. ❗️The iced green tea and iced matcha latte here were super delicious❗️And the breakfast we enjoyed did not disappoint ❗️ There were already many demonstrations and a wide variety of items ❗️The taste was also very good❗️The room was a superior twin, spacious and very convenient with a bath with a washing area. However, the cleaning was lax and there was hair in the bathtub and beads on the carpet...Overall it was a new, clean and stylish hotel.I would like to stay again at a hotel with good cost performance.I was satisfied✨Thank you💓It was Saishu~💕

We stayed for 7 nights. Kyoto station is literally a walk across the road. The buffet breakfast was considerable and was super handy. We used Kyoto as our base to do day trips to Nagoya, Osaka, Nara and Hikone once we finished seeing Kyoto. Each place was pretty much and hour by JR or Shinkansen (for Nagoya)
