【front】The chairs when checking in are low.Difficult to fill in.Not only did I have to wait at check-in, the instructions were difficult to understand. It was unfriendly as they only gave verbal explanations about which private baths were available and did not provide specific photos or other explanations.[Room information]polite[Inside the building]Depending on the room you stay in, there may be many stairs. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities. The cable of the borrowed charger was very dirty. When I wiped it, the tissue paper turned black.【bath】There was someone vomiting in the bathroom, and I witnessed what appeared to be vomit entering the Yakushiyu bath. After that, it was discontinued, but I was also concerned that it was discontinued after a while. After that, I didn't feel like taking a hot spring bath.I wasn't able to enjoy the hot springs I was looking forward to.

In one word, it's the worst.I stayed in a room with an open-air bath, but there were a lot of cockroaches.I was worried because there were small children, so I called the front desk and they said they would bring insecticide.I'm not saying that...I was stunned. It's already past 1am after getting rid of the cockroaches...My child started getting restless and I had to pack up my things and move from room to room after 1am...Luckily, there was only one room available that day, so I was able to move to another room, but I shudder to think what would have happened if the room wasn't available. There is no sense of cleanliness, so if you have small children or are looking for cleanliness, it is best to avoid it.Apology at check-out was also appropriate. The meal was plentiful and delicious, so that was the only good thing. But there are no repeats.

It seemed like a building built during the bubble period, and it had a gorgeous feel to it.Dinner was also very delicious. The downside is that it's a bit old in places, but considering the price, I think it's worth more than that.

Although the building is undeniably old, it is kept well-maintained. Is the meal served in the former grand banquet hall?It was nice to have a feeling of having a private room with thin partitions.
