I used it to celebrate my mother's birthday.I was able to make a reservation that included the preparation of the cake, and the guy at the front desk was very hospitable and took care of me in various ways. I would like to use it again if I have a chance.

I've repeated it many times already.Although the facility is undeniably old, the robatayaki atmosphere is great! Also, the customer service is good and the atmosphere is warm.I wanted my child to experience the atmosphere of robatayaki, so I kept coming back. There are some points of dissatisfaction, but I think they are more or less the same no matter where you stay.

edit sep2024: This is the correct place, we were there. This the run down building across the ryokan that they rent on airbnb (to foreigners and oblivious people.)This place is a scam. We booked a room with them through airbnb and the room was full of bugs. Basically this onsen runs a rundown building across the main one as their airbnb scam. When we initially booked the room, the listing mentioned that there was only one picture for the listing and the host later told us it was because the property was undergoing renovations. However, upon arrival, it became immediately clear that this was a lie.The front door was broken, compromising both security and comfort. Only the entrance living space appeared as the picture; the rest of the building was in a deplorable state. There was a persistent smell of mold and dust throughout the property. Bugs were crawling everywhere, and the entire building clearly had not been cleaned in a really long time. The room was infested with bugs, with insects present on the bed sheets, on the floor, and dead bugs scattered throughout. The paper walls were peeling off, and there were stains everywhere. The staff seemed fully aware of the poor conditions. We immediately checked out because it was not possible to sleep in that room.

I used it on a family trip with my pet rabbit. Due to a problem with the hotel's hot spring source, I was able to use the "Hakusan Yu Meguri Benefit" and was able to get cash back on the usage fee of a nearby hot spring facility. I was also lucky to be able to use both the private open-air rock bath and the large communal bath. At the hotel, we were able to enjoy playing table tennis and using the free massage machine in the spacious lobby. I asked them to refrigerate the ice packs, and they were happy to do so. I was also able to get a free one-way ticket to Hakusan Shirakawago White Road, which I used on my way back. Everyone at the front desk was kind and made it possible for us to have a comfortable family trip. In the winter, there is a ski resort right in front of the hotel, so I would definitely like to use it again.

It was a shame as I was really looking forward to it.It's not dirty anyway💦It was a hot season, so I stepped barefoot and felt damp.Did you clean your room? It's so full of garbage. The safe was covered in dust, and so was the TV.The tea cup was also full of dust. When was it? I was so scared that I couldn't drink it.The entrance is also clean. The boards surrounding the open-air bath have come off, and the walls are still peeling off, looking like they're about to fall.I thought it would be impossible to search in this room, so I asked them to change rooms. But it's not dirty either.Hair and trash in the bathroom.I don't feel like eating the sweets in my room.I went there with high expectations, thinking that I would be able to use it from now on, but I was very disappointed.

Guest room: Japanese style room, single occupancy? It's small. When I made the reservation, I had no choice but to book the Gibier plan because I could only choose to rent the whole house, but when I got there, I was able to change to a vacant Japanese-style room for one person. That's why the price was so cheap.Service politeBath: The hot spring water was cut off due to a landslide or something, so you couldn't take a bath. It is unclear when it will be restored. The nearby hot spring Megu is free, but it's quite far away and isn't open in the morning, so I can't go in. A little disappointing.Meal: Dishes made with wild game. The bear was overcooked and became hard. I overlooked it even though it was written in the instructions 😭 It's delicious and there's a lot of it, so I'm satisfied. Not only the pickles, but even the soy sauce and miso were homemade, and the ones they used were organically grown, which is what I like. Breakfast was also delicious. It seems that they are also accepting victims of the Noto earthquake.
