It's close to the south exit of Fujisawa Station, and the rooms are relatively clean, so I don't think you'll have any problems staying there. The breakfast was also very fulfilling and wonderful considering the low price of the stay. Welcome drinks include alcoholic drinks.Meanwhile, when I went to the public bath at 6am, the water temperature was extremely lukewarm, around 35-37 degrees. It may have been more lukewarm since I experienced it firsthand. It was about the temperature of a lukewarm swimming pool. The outlet where the hot spring water comes out was also stopped, so it didn't get warm at all, and instead, my body felt cold. There are only 4 washrooms and it was very crowded at night, so I was thinking of going in in the morning, but it's the worst.I booked this place because I was looking forward to the hot springs the most, but it was completely pointless. When I informed the front desk when I checked out, they apologized, but of course I didn't get my money back, so I left the hotel feeling deceived.

It was my first time staying at a super hotel!I think it was a very nice hotel.▶RoomCleanliness◎A cheap room for about 10,000 yen for two people (thank you!!).Two people slept on one large double bed.It was small with minimal space, but it's cheap so I don't really mind!TV is big! You can also watch Netflix!I don't like unit baths, but I chose this one because it has a natural hot spring!I was worried because the sink was small, but what about the vanity? It was really helpful that there was a big table, mirror, and power outlet that I could use like this😭▶CookingOur plan included a breakfast buffet, and the bread was just delicious! I was happy because when the food was freshly baked, they would walk around the table and let me know right away. At that time, we also handed out bread!▶ServiceEach and every staff member was kind and courteous ☺️I was surprised that the information about the hotel was handwritten, but the cute illustrations and coloring were very nice! You can also get amenities at the front desk.Makeup remover, cotton, cotton swabs, packs, etc.The pillows available at the front desk on a first-come, first-served basis were thin enough to keep my neck from hurting.I checked in around 7pm, and there was enough inventory left to accommodate more than 30 people. You can also rent pajamas there. At the welcome drink bar,All-you-can-drink drink bar and alcoholic beverages! This made me very happy. Please note that the available times are fixed. You drink it in the paper cup that comes with it, so it may not be suitable for bringing it into your room.▶Bad points・My room, hot springs, and front desk are all on different floors, but you can only get around by one elevator, so I thought it was inconvenient when it was crowded💦・The image of the natural hot spring on the official website is,The shampoo, conditioner, etc. were not shown. So I mistakenly thought that I could only soak in the hot springs, so I washed my head and body in the small bathtub in my room and went to the hot springs. However, I was surprised when I arrived at the hot springs. There was a set of shampoo, etc., as well as a hair dryer.I wish they would have made it clear from the official website...too much time wasted...😭That's the only thing I couldn't forgive, so I gave it 4 stars. I wish they would do something about the official images...⚠️This is also not listed on the website, but you can get disposable slippers if you ask at the front desk! Please use this as a reference! My impression was that there was a problem with the hotel's official website rather than the hotel itself😔💦I would like the information to be posted properly.Looking at other reviews, I heard that the hot springs were too crowded to use. When I went around 8pm, there were people there. After a short wait, it became available and I was able to use it.It might be a good idea to match your hotel's meal time, or change it and go earlier or later. It seems like you can use the hot springs for quite a long time. The hotel itself is cheap but of high quality. It was really good, so I will use this place again when I come to Enoshima!

I wasn't expecting to see Mt. Fuji, so I was happy. I thought the nightwear was lame in terms of facilities, but everything else was normal. The breakfast bread was delicious.

High CP Super HotelIt's close to the station, where you can have all you can drink and have breakfast. There is a convenience store downstairs. There are several izakayas with good food in two steps, and there is also a large public bath.It is said that the pillows in the hotel are not suitable for me, and there are pillows in the lobby. The only bad thing is that I have to get one𨋢⋯⋯

Two people stayed in a room with a loft. The staff's service and breakfast are perfect. The only disappointing thing is the rooms. The loft remains hot without a cooler.I didn't clean the filter of the cooler, set the temperature to 24℃, turned up the airflow, and finally got the room temperature down to 27℃.The pillows were too hard and too expensive, so I had to borrow another pillow from the lobby. As for how high it is, I have wide shoulders, so even if I lay on my side, my neck would arch upwards, and since it was too stiff, I wouldn't be able to sink down, so I could injure my neck.I would like to see pillows in the lobby that are at least safe enough to sleep on, and pillows that make sleeping even more comfortable.Don't hotels like this prioritize comfortable sleep and recovery of physical strength rather than meals and hot springs? It didn't matter if it was cheap or bad.The staff was kind and courteous, so I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the problem with the pillows and air conditioner.

Overall, I was satisfied with the customer service, food, cleanliness, and location. The things I was disappointed about and would like to see improved: First, there was only one elevator, so on days when there were a lot of people using it or during busy hours, it was difficult for the elevator to come. The second point was that the large public bath (used by women) was too small to be called a large bath. There are four washing areas, so it was crowded (I was able to check the congestion status in the guest room and went there after checking, but it seemed to get crowded at a short time.)When I entered the bathroom, there was a naked person waiting for the washing area to be empty, so I went back to the changing area. After a while, I was finally able to go into the bathroom, but more and more people came into the bathroom and I was left naked waiting for the bathroom to become free. Several people who appeared to be foreign tourists, whether they knew the bath etiquette or not, gave up waiting for the washing area to become available and entered the bathtub without washing their butts. I felt uncomfortable when I saw that and couldn't take a bath. (Partly because the bathtub was very small)I thought it was small overall, including the changing area, compared to the number of lockers. I have never seen a situation where people were naked waiting for a washroom to become available at any hotel or inn. Other customers who were there were also angry and complained that the bathrooms should be improved.I thought it would be better to improve it a little since there were many guests staying there. It's a waste because it's such a good hotel.

I always have full confidence and appreciation for the Japanese. They are attentive and courteous, and they bring beautiful memories to tourists during our trip. This is also the reason why all other tourists would appreciate to come to Japan. But I encountered several uncomfortable occasion during this trip, one of which happened at this hotel. On the day of check-in, I have to visit the scenic spots, so I stored my luggage at the hotel early. A male receptionist looked a little impatient, but we didn’t take it seriously. But when I checked out the next morning and wanted to store my luggage again, I met the same male staff and had the same experience. This makes me a little disappointed with Japan‘s service industry. However, the location is very perfect which is within 3 minutes from and to hotel and train station.
