Previously, my husband and I stayed here. The room was stylish, clean, and comfortable. The employees were also kind.Above all, the view from the room is really nice. It's very memorable. Also, the food was very delicious and I was glad I chose this accommodation.Since my parents' home is in the neighboring prefecture, I decided to go there again, and when I looked at the website, I realized that it was still difficult to reopen, so I decided to post a review because I wanted to do something to help.I hope to be able to use it again when it reopens. We are currently facing various difficulties, and we understand that you may still be feeling restless, but please take care of our staff as well.

Wakura Onsen is a place I've always wanted to stay at. I planned a trip around Western Japan in September 2022 and stayed there for one night. (All photos are from that time.)I chose this inn because I wanted to spend a few nights in a bit of luxury, with a room with an open-air bath that I could relax in alone, and if possible, a view of Nanao Bay.The main feature of the open-air bath in the room is a bathtub attached to the balcony (wood deck?), and although it is clearly stated on the website that ``the water in the open-air bath in the room is not a hot spring,'' you can enjoy the view of Nanao Bay while soaking in the hot water. I was so satisfied that it seemed like a small thing compared to being able to relax by myself in a private space.Dinner was also a dish centered on the bounty of the Noto sea, and the quality and quantity were sufficient. In fact, I was so tired from the long journey that I didn't have much of an appetite, so I ended up leaving out a lot of the local delicacies, such as the Nodoguro (Japanese rockfish), which I felt sorry for. This store was also damaged in the Noto Peninsula Earthquake and is currently closed with no date set for reopening (as of April 2024). When the area recovers and our inn reopens, I would like to visit the beautiful Oku-Noto again and stay here again.

I used it a little over a year ago.The food and customer service were all perfect and comfortable, and I personally found the inside of the building comfortable to walk in with socks or bare feet, which was stress-free and the best♪I had made a reservation at the end of last year, but unfortunately it seemed like the boiler had broken down so I had to cancel, and then a little later the earthquake hit, so I think it's a very difficult situation.I'll definitely go when it comes back. Please don't give up!

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath.First, the open-air bath was out of order and only had hot water, so I had to change my room.It can't be helped so far, but this fact was not shared among the employees, and I was surprised when an employee suddenly came into the room early in the morning.…I was sleeping almost naked, which made me very uncomfortable.Since this incident happened, I have become extremely anxious about staying in rooms that don't have locks, chains, U-locks, or other security features to prevent intrusion.
