We are very grateful for your thoughtful support from before we checked in until we checked out. When I got wet due to heavy rain, they were very kind and even brought me a towel right away. Thanks to you, we have added a great accent to the memories of our trip.I could feel the care and consideration put into each and every one of the amenities.I would definitely like to come again.thank you very much.

The food is cost-effective!I stayed here during my 1 night and 2 day trip to Kanazawa because I wanted to enjoy crab dishes and hot springs. The food was very delicious. In particular, the crab dish I had for dinner was very delicious and I was very satisfied with the 5 star meal! The hot springs had an open-air bath, and the public bath was spacious and had a feeling of openness, which was very nice. However, I felt bad because the toilet in the room didn't flush well and the toilet in the common area was extremely dirty. Also, there is nothing around the inn, so do you want to stay in your room, take a hot spring, or take a walk in the courtyard? I think my level of satisfaction would have been different if the TV in the room had been made a little bigger since there was only so much to do.The response from all the staff was great!

I used it to celebrate my mother's birthday. The shuttle bus picks you up from Kaga Onsen Station and guides you around with great care. The rooms are spacious and decorated with a great atmosphere, the food is delicious, and the celebratory desserts are perfect.I will use it again if I have a chance.

I used it during the Obon period.I guess it can't be helped since it's the busy season, but I was still waiting for cleaning even after the check-in time, and even though I waited, they left behind all the toiletries and tea and sweets, and there were no hair dryers or gargling cups. Maybe it was forgotten or something like that, but they don't have it at regular inns or hotels, so I guess I just had bad luck, but I had high hopes for it because of the good reviews, so I was disappointed.Children were happy with the pool and manga corner. The food was delicious and the staff at the dining venue were kind and polite.
