Check-in is a self-operated system, but after completing the procedure, I received a Japanese sweet from Kanazawa (today it was Kanazawa's famous confectionery Fuku Usagi 🤩). That's a really nice service🤭. The deluxe twin room I booked was spacious👍, and the bed was between wooden boards where I could take off my shoes and relax. The sofa was large and comfortable (it seems like it becomes an extra bed when 3 people use it), and the bath and toilet were separate, rather than a unit bath. This hotel has a large public bath, so bring a handbag (containing a bath towel, face towel, and body scrubbing brush) from your room. You can request a shave at the front desk. There is a washing area for 5 people, and a large bathtub where you can relax and relieve your fatigue. It was also nice that the pail was made from authentic Japanese cypress (although it was a bit heavy lol). The body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and facial soap were uniform (made in Italy) and had a nice scent. There is no sauna or open-air bath. After taking a bath, we also had coffee milk and lees sweet sake😚. I'm glad to have this kind of service. I was also able to make my own scent bag by putting cypress chips in a sachet to take home with me😆. It was also nice to be able to check the usage status and congestion of the public bath, laundry, and breakfast venue on the TV screen in the room. This hotel does not have a parking lot, but there is a large private coin parking lot behind the hotel (maximum charge applies). Omicho Market is right across the road from the hotel, making it very convenient for shopping and eating out. It was a hotel that I would like to come back to again. However, I was disappointed that there were no laundry bags and shoe horns in the room. I thought it was natural to have a shoehorn...😔

Rooms were a little smaller than we'd like and no where specifically to put out luggage so they ended up right next to the bed. Not many hangers for clothing and bathroom could be updated a bit. Staff were lovely. Stored our luggage before and after check in/out. Public bath prohibits tattoos which need to be covered.

I used it on a trip the other day.The rooms are spacious and easy to use, so it's no surprise that there are many foreign guests. The seafood market and Starbucks are within walking distance, so it was fun to wander around a bit.

The room was so small that I was surprised when I entered it, surprisingly it was smaller than Hotel A.First of all, there was hair in the room,The bathroom is always a little crowded, but when I went in at 11pm, I was surprised to find that the floor was wet, towels were scattered all over, and the hair was so dirty that I hated it! ️The soles of my feet feel so bad.I think the problem here is management that doesn't think about the other party.I thought the breakfast style was good. The tableware was also very tasteful, but the mackerel was very smelly.I don't know if it took a long time to grill or if the grilled mackerel was cooked in lentils, but it smelled quite bad.I put it in my mouth, but I couldn't swallow it.Being stylish doesn't mean being comfortable.I apologized to my friends who came with me.I can't give you any money. I apologized on behalf of the hotel.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Soki Kanazawa. The hotel was modern, but felt authentic to Japan’s culture. The front entrance (steps, not sure that it is wheelchair accessible) had a key card entry after hours and was across the street from the Fish Market and convenience stores. Easily walkable (10-15 mins) from the Kanazawa train station. And about 10-20 min walk to any of the major sights in new and old town. It was raining when I checked in and I was given an umbrella to use during my stay. The public Bath/onsen was clean and inviting. It was VERY busy just before dinner time wot many mothers and children bathing and washing up. With all 5 showers going it was very steamy and very cramped, but the other times I went (early morning and evening) I was mostly the only person in there. The beauty products provided felt high quality. The rooms are simple and clean. For Japan, it felt spacious.Part of my booking included the breakfast downstairs. I have a seafood and shellfish allergy and they were able to accommodate with a delicious service. The only negative I had was that when I arrived, I used the public bathroom and it was very dirty. Trash everywhere. Liquid on the ground. Quite a rough start which made me worry my room or the baths wouldn’t be well cleaned.
