The front desk service is among the best among business hotels. But that's really it. Everything else is the worst. The room is small, and the bath and toilet are too small to relax. The walls are particularly thin and you can hear your neighbors coughing. Is it some nice cardboard or something? For the time being, I recommend not staying at this hotel as it is one of the lowest hotels around Kanazawa Station.

Rooms are reasonably priced at around 6,000 yen per night, clean, and not very large. Reasonable considering the price. The difference from other hotels is that they don't provide water heaters in the room, but you have to bring them to your room yourself.

I got a little lost from Kanazawa Station to the hotel. When I called and asked about it, they responded very kindly and I was able to arrive safely. If you take a shortcut, it's right from the station.I chose a room where I could smoke, but unfortunately there was no closet so my clothes would stink.Next time, I will choose a non-smoking room and smoke in the smoking area.

A man who appeared to be a manager at the reception desk was very polite when dealing with irregular payment procedures and forgotten items.thank you very much.

The hotel is very close to the station, which is very convenient (especially because we had to catch an early train). We had shipped our bags, and the hotel stored them from the previous day until we checked in. The room was clean and cosy, with all the amenities described. Ideally, we would have wanted more power sockets as we had multiple devices to charge. The self-checkout machines were super quick and easy to use.

I stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. It's close to the station, so you can easily walk there even if you're dragging a suitcase. The convenience store is a little far away and takes about 5 minutes. It's clean, cheap, and perfect for just staying the night. However, if you spend a long time in the room, it might be a little small. It's a single room, but when you sit on the toilet, your knees hit each other, and the bathtub is too small to even shower, let alone take a bath. The shampoo provided is included with the conditioner, so if you are interested, please bring your own.Breakfast is buffet style. It was the same side dish for 2 days. If you go during peak hours, the place will be full and there will be people waiting outside.

Kanazawa was too strange overall. First of all, the convenience store is far away. . I thought the rooms were clean, but the main reason for the low rating was that the wifi download speed in the room was 0.3Mbps and was unusable. The breakfast also didn't have a Kanazawa-like feel to it, and only had items you could find anywhere, like breakfast at a national chain family restaurant. However, the customer service seemed to be a bit premature, but it wasn't bad. (I noticed from other reviews that it's a cheap hotel...maybe because it was a bad time, it was quite expensive)
