For better or worse, it's Hilton. There is a fine line between friendliness, politeness, and courtesy, but I would like you to be a little more friendly.Premium lounge is a little smallThe breakfast restaurant was quite crowded (wait time of over 30 minutes at 8am on Sunday morning), so I used the lounge buffet, but it was a bit disappointing.

Feels like a time capsule back to the early 2000s. The hotel is in need of renovations, the pool costs alot feels like too much, should be free.Breakfastbuffet is average.Still a nice hotel, very grand and the location and view from the room is stunning.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hilton, which has a beautiful 90s vibe that we still truly appreciate. Everything was very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The only downside was that admission to the pool wasn't included, which was a bit of a pity. However, overall, it was a great experience.

The lobby on the second floor of the hotel is directly connected to the station, shopping malls, and convenience stores. It is very convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly and enthusiastic to answer your questions and needs. The decoration of the hotel is very tasteful, and the rooms are neat and clean. You can just open the window in the bathroom. Seeing the night view, you can have a clear view of Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Tower, and Skytree. You can enjoy it while taking a bath. The special design is amazing! The breakfast selection, although not extensive, was still very tasty. It is indeed a famous hotel.

The clerk has no sense of professionalism and has a lot of pride. It is constantly monitored by surveillance cameras.

During our second trip to Tokyo, we had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Odaiba. The experience was truly remarkable. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view of the Tokyo skyline. It was an exceptional way to enjoy Tokyo from the unique perspective of Odaiba. We highly recommend staying at this hotel and exploring the exciting adventures that surround it.

room where you can't sleepSleepless nights due to the high-pitched screech of the wheels scraping against the rails when a train running next to me takes a curve, and sleepless mornings due to the early morning noise of objects hitting the wall in the next room.HELP ME! ! !Since the sash has a low soundproofing level, the noise of cars and trains running in front of the car can be heard in the guest room from before 6 a.m.The view from the public space is good, but the view from the guest room is the worst as it is almost facing the Grand Nikko Hotel which is built across the street! ! !
