Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from a major station and bus terminal. Nearby there is a well-stocked minimarket. One of the few facilities with breakfast included in the price. It has smoking rooms. Basic rooms, small but in Tokyo standard and equipped with every need. Excellent quality/price ratio.

There are plenty of power outlets, including around the bed. It's true that the building and unit bath may be old, but the interior decoration and ocherette have a new impression.Breakfast is included for all guests, so it was a great value. If you are staying for consecutive nights, please be careful as the bed will be made once every 3 days. The free WiFi speedtest may not be as fast at 10:00 pm as it is concentrated, but it speeds up considerably in the middle of the night!

The faucets in the washroom and bath are separate. The bathtub is small. There is a USB (type A) and an outlet near the pillows of the bed, and one outlet at the feet. There is also one on the table, which is very convenient. Wi-Fi is also stable and strong. The location is perfect as there are places to eat, a convenience store, and a supermarket, and the breakfast that comes with the set is delicious. The fried food was nice and crispy. It's perfect for business use.

Accommodation in a single room. The staff's response and facilities are 4-5 stars, but I don't want to give stars to the room itself. The walls and floor are quite thin, making it an unbearably painful hotel for people who don't like noise. The guest who stayed next to me on the bed side of my room was the type of guest who was quite noisy with everyday noises (footsteps, etc.), and everything from walking to closing the door was making a lot of noise.Footsteps are so loud that you might think someone is pounding against the wall, the sound of clothes being hung on a hanger rack, the sound of someone taking a shower in the bathroom or putting things on the sink, and even the sound of someone cutting their nails? I could even hear it. I also think that there is a wall and floor that is exposed in the room on this side, and the bed side is particularly noisy, which is fatal for a hotel. (The noise from the neighbors at the desk was modest, but the sound of the door opening and closing when using the bathroom and the sound of walking were very noisy.)It's common for cheap rentals to have thin walls and loud noises from nearby residents, but I couldn't imagine it being this noisy in a hotel and it was stressful. I've had many noisy people in the room next to me in business hotels, but to be honest, this is the first time I've ever heard so much noise that I couldn't overcome it with earplugs or earphones. There were also complaints about noise in the reviews, so I regret that I should have read the reviews more carefully beforehand. However, the service of the front staff and the restaurant we used for breakfast were very good. The person at the front desk seemed to have gone to check on me even though it was late at night, and said, ``If the noise is bad again, I'll warn you directly. But since I was in front of the room earlier, I think you probably noticed.''Afterwards, It was surprisingly quiet so I was able to sleep for about 2 hours. Also, when I forgot that the restaurant was open until 9 a.m. and rushed in 15 minutes before closing, the restaurant staff responded politely and said, ``This bread is freshly baked right now. "Can I go?" he took the trouble to take them out from the back and line them up.It was so delicious that I would want to take the bread home if I had to take it home, and most of all, the staff was kind and helpful, which alleviated some of the stress I was having from dealing with the noise.(I understand that it was because they wanted to reduce the amount of leftover food, but it still sounded kind to me and I was happy.)As mentioned above, there were some services that I personally enjoyed, such as the staff's response and the vending machine drink service that was a bonus in advance, but the noise in the room was even worse, which offsets that and gives me 2 stars.I ended up staying there due to various circumstances, but I think it was a relief that the hospitality was the only thing that was good. It's such a waste, so I just wish they would take measures to reduce noise in all rooms.

It was only one night, but I had a great time. The building is a little older and the rooms are not large, but it is kept clean and there is no problem for business use. The breakfast was also delicious.
