Since the price is low, I think it can be helped that the rooms are old, but basic cleaning is not done properly. I don't smoke, but there was an ashtray in the room to allow smoking, and cigarette ashes were left on the desk. While I was lying in bed, I saw an insect on the bed, but I didn't know what it was. Afterwards, when I checked around my pillow, I found a large number of small, colorful insects that looked like mites (later I looked it up on the internet and found that it was most likely bed bugs), some of which were as large as 0.5 to 1 cm, making me feel uncomfortable and unable to sleep. , I went to the front desk around 22:30, but he was not there. I had no choice but to call the hotel, and the staff was sleeping, so I told them to come to my room right away and they confirmed the insects.I moved my room to another floor, but there was hair on the pillows in that room, and the sheets. The pillows were yellowing and there were black marks that looked like crushed bed bugs, so I immediately asked for the pillows to be replaced.Since then, no insects have been confirmed in the room I moved to, but there were a lot of insects in the bathtub of the unit bath. I had hair, and when I rinsed it off in the shower and put my feet in the bathtub, it became slippery and I almost fell. The gargling cup that held my toothbrush and razor had water collecting at the bottom, and there was even limescale, making it unsanitary and unusable. There was a problem with insects, and even when I moved rooms, there was no minimum level of cleanliness, so I couldn't sleep in peace. I won't be going there again, but I think this hotel will repeat itself unless they drastically improve this area.Afterwards, we contacted the Environmental Hygiene Section, Life Hygiene Division, Kitami Regional Health Office (Kitami Health Center), Health and Environment Department, Hokkaido Okhotsk General Promotion Bureau, and conducted an on-site inspection of the hotel the next day. Several areas for improvement were identified, and the relevant bureau took over the matter for confirmation. It is said that this will be held.

It was my first time staying here. The location was great, right in the center of the city!Some people may be concerned when they enter the hotel, but the smell feels like the Showa era and the room smells of cigarettes...Do I leave my keys at the front desk when I go out? Should I just leave it there instead of leaving it there? Zero security...The most shocking thing ever was the water pressure in the shower, which was insanely weak...even when I turned the shower on its maximum, the hot water dripped from the tip to my cheeks lol.I happened to be in the elevator with another customer, so when I asked about the shower, we were both surprised to find out that the other rooms were the same lol.The price and location are good, so I recommend it to those who don't mind that lol.
