Stayed for three daysI ate well and slept well, and it was the first time I saw such a sincere gym! There are only two laundry detergents, but they are so good that you can use them for free.At first, Shancui Park Hyatt was very hesitant. But Ivy answered questions and solved our problems in a very humane way.Breakfast is deliciousThere are two male waiters who are very gentle and warm.I will visit again if I have the chance to come to Niseko again.

Came here in September 2024, so the hotel was quiet. It’s modern and clean and everything is excellent.Max, who helped check us in on our arrival, was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us call to make a booking at a restaurant in Tokyo and gave us a good recommendation on where to have dinner. Also shared with us some activities ongoing that weekend in Niseko. The room was supposed to be about 30sqm but it felt abit smaller than expected, perhaps due to the balcony space. The balcony meant you could soak in the mountain view full frontal.Breakfast was included and it was simply delicious. You choose from either the American, Continental or Japanese set. Some items in the set also vary slightly each morning. The morning wait staff were also very attentive. All the staff spoke good English, since Niseko draws international visitors. The onsen had both indoor and outdoor baths. The water was not too scalding hot, which was perfect for me. There is also a private onsen which one can book. There is ample parking space in front of and at the side of the hotel.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. It is quite close to the Hirafu welcome center and also to the ski base, making it very convenient for everyday skiing. They have their own ski concierge where you can rent all the equipment you need. They have an onsen spa, which is like heaven after a whole day of skiing. We are a family of 2 adults and a toddler, and we fit perfectly in their standard room. We had a king-size bed and a day bed for our toddler. Most of all, the service is impeccable. All of the staff are truly amazing special mention to Max from the front desk and Jimmy from their restaurant. Oh, and the food is excellent too. We are already looking forward to book for the next winter season ❤️

The location is excellent. It takes five minutes to walk to Rhythm to rent equipment (later I found out that you can rent skis, helmets, and snowsuits in the hotel, and there are also large lockers for guests to put their ski equipment). It takes five minutes to walk to welcome. The center and base have a coffee shop, where you can take a break at noon, and sell courses and ski passes. The hotel has a shuttle to pick up and drop off guests to JR Kutchan or the welcome center, and there is also a shuttle when skiing and returning to the hotel. The view in the room is excellent and the space is large. You can see the entire ski resort. You can enjoy the 24-hour hot spring + gym + washing and drying machine in the hotel. It is very convenient ~ The hotel's daily breakfast has both Japanese and Western styles, which is very delicious! Will definitely visit again if I have the chance! ! !

Excellent location and facilities and relaxing stay which elevated the entire Niseko experience. Moi San from the front desk was excellent and to be commended for going above and beyond to assist with restaurant recommendations and bookings as well as the all important bus transfer back to New Chitose airport. Would love to come back and stay again in the future.

It's a superb hotel, not too big, amazing rooms with gigantic beds. Great onsen, ski concierge, very good breakfast. Exceptional, friendly and helpful staff! Very close to the slopes and special Arigato to the shuttle bus drivers, they were always there for us. Excellent value for money, I hope to return.
