I had to make a reservation because I couldn't get a reservation at a nearby guesthouse. It says that the facility is staffed 24 hours a day, but when I went to the facility, there was a cell phone number of a person who claimed to be the owner on the door, and it was unattended and the number lock was locked, so I couldn't get in. When I called, the person who claimed to be the owner had not checked the reservation status, so I finally got around to calling. I was kept waiting on the phone for confirmation.Instructions on where to stay and where to park are vague. As soon as I entered, the smell was too strong. The futon also smelled so bad that I couldn't sleep well. The curtains were thin, letting in light, and I couldn't sleep due to the smell and light. I ended up with itching all over the place. The shower room was also full of mold. There are no markings for the shower room or toilet.I ended up leaving the room in the middle of the night and spending the night in my car.First of all, if you can't have staff available 24 hours a day, you shouldn't post it.Even though it is a guest house, it does not maintain the minimum level of cleanliness and is a health hazard, so I would like the business license to be revoked.

It's shockingly dirty. I have allergic rhinitis and hay fever, but at home I use a Roomba once a week, and I only clean the toilet after I'm done with my sabo ring. My eyes were itchy and my nose wouldn't stop running all night. The children are coughing and have trouble sleeping, and all of them are sleep deprived. The child in the next room was also coughing all night and I felt sorry for him. The futons were incredibly flat, and the entire building, not just the room, was very old and smelled of mold and dust. There are flies, there's not enough toilet paper, and there's a lot of garbage. The TV remote control didn't work, and my child wanted to watch TV, so I ran to buy batteries, but it didn't work, so I had to reluctantly operate it from behind the TV, which was covered in dust. I couldn't get in touch with the owner right away, so I had a hard time falling asleep, but when I finally fell asleep, I got a message from the owner saying that they were going to replace the remote control in the middle of the night, so I was woken up by the owner, and then I couldn't sleep again because of the smell, and I was sniffling all morning. I was itchy and couldn't go sightseeing without buying Allegra and eye drops, and I didn't feel like taking a shower, so I ended up going to the hot springs in the morning and evening, so it wasn't cheap at all. You will definitely feel unwell. It should not be used. I went backpacking around Europe and the hostels were so dirty that I've never seen them anywhere else. Other customers were also having trouble getting in touch with the owner. The level at which you would like the authorization to be revoked.

First of all, the entrance was unlocked and people could go in and out freely lol.And slippers were placed in a disorderly manner. She was flattened and could not be called beautiful. There is a messed up manual at the entrance. I can't shake the feeling that it's inappropriate here as well.It was a family room on the second floor, so when I entered the room... there was a strange smell... an indescribable smell🤣I think the carpet is probably stained with the smell of many travelers' feet. There were 5 sofa beds, but when I opened them, they were dirty. There were no sheets and there were no comforters for the number of people. It's ridiculous to pay 10,000 yen for this. There's only one toilet! There's no ventilation fan either. If you're really going to stay there as a last resort...I'd give up 100 steps and stay there, but there are many nicer private lodging options out there! ︎For those who don't care about anything.

First of all, we didn't have enough slippers for the number of guests. If you don't want to walk barefoot in the bathroom or hallway, I think it's a good idea to provide your own.Although it is near the station, there are no places to eat after 18:00. There is a convenience store about 7 minutes walk away. The tension rods on the curtains in the room come off quite often. Just putting a non-slip sheet in between will make it harder to fall off.The futon was clean, fluffy and comfortable. There's only one toilet. It was the worst because there were people who used it in a dirty manner. It doesn't even have a washlet.

If you are looking for budget-friendly accommodation for a day or two, this is the best place to stay. The bed was comfy enough but if you are unlucky to be with other noisy people then that's a problem. The location is very close to the station and Marine Park Nixe. The owner was very accommodating.

Although Agoda says there is a 24-hour front desk service, it actually does not. Then they will not give you the gate password before checking in, and they will not reply to messages sent to them😅😅When you arrive, you need to call them (the phone is on the door). It is recommended to use the public phone booth next to the train station. I gave three stars because the family room is quite comfortable and the public space is clean, but the service really needs to be improved😅

Bad, but not fair.I waited at the door for an hour, but no one responded, and no one responded to my email. It was snowing outside, so I finally had to call a stranger at the station to get the code to enter. The room smells so bad😷, so smelly. One restroom can accommodate 20 people. The trash can is full and no one cleans it. No towels provided. The bathroom door wouldn't close. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Japan.

For 5 people, we had 2 large bedrooms with futons. No one on site but the entry code was given to us on booking. Very good location and you can park at the station car park next door.
