The room smells. When I turned on the air conditioner, there was a musty smell that made me cough. The stairs to the second floor are quite steep and of course there is no elevator. The rooms have the bare minimum. The decorations and tatami beds look like they put a little effort into it. Although the price is cheap, it is better to come with the intention of just staying the night. The back room on the second floor had no bathtub or TV. Also, there was no proper table, so it didn't feel like eating slowly in your room.

Location is ambiguousTo get to Sapporo Station or the subway station, you need to walk for 10 minutes and then transfer, and if you're going to Susukino Station, you can take the tram. There is enough space to unfold and move the suitcase. However, the sanitary condition of the accommodation is not good. Even if you stay there for 3 days, they only give 1 day's worth of towels (2 large, 2 small, 2 handkerchiefs) for 2 people, and there is an additional charge for receiving additional towels.Ventilation is difficult as there are many torn insect screens, bugs in the room are optional, and the bedding and mats have so obvious traces of someone else's use that you could give them an indirect kiss.I think it would have been better for my mental health to pay a little more money and go somewhere else.

Five people shared a two-room Japanese-style room. A microwave, kettle, running water, refrigerator, shower, etc. are provided, as well as towels, making for a comfortable environment. Probably better than other business hotels

I stayed with my family of 3 (my children are elementary school students) in a 4-person room.Apparently it has been renovated and operated by a sister in China. It was good point- Stylish and tasteful space with a clean feel・Feel like home・A cooler was installed! There is also heating.・Staff are kind and kindAnother step・There were cups and pots, but no tea bags (they were in the photo, so maybe it was a mistake?)・The table and sofa are small (very small for two people)・I was a little concerned about hygiene as the cups and glasses were just placed there and not in bags.Points to note・No facial cleansing foam・No lotion available・(For those who want to cook) There are dishes and cooking utensils, but there is no heat source such as a gas stove, and there are no detergent and sponges, so you cannot wash them.- Loud crows in the morning・Since the building is old, you have to be careful about noise; conversations on the road and outside stairs facing the building can be heard.・Security is a colander (old-fashioned door and lock, with a peephole left open, no chain)Points to be improved・⚠︎The bathroom door was broken and I couldn't open it from the inside, so I was trapped. We have told the hostel not to let any guests in until it is repaired, but please do not stay alone!・Outdoor stairs are not cleaned and dirty・When I entered the room, the door was unlocked. It was my first time staying in a hostel, so I learned a lot about what it was like. It was a very fun experience, like an overnight moving experience. The property was a renovated apartment, so I was able to sleep peacefully in a home-like atmosphere, which was very important in terms of relieving the fatigue of the trip and maintaining my physical condition, which I was grateful for. I was relieved that my child calmed down and fell asleep quickly. After looking at the photo, I thought it would be good for both the wallet and families with children, but I might not be able to recommend it from the standpoint of noise and security... (On that day, there were other people staying with children, so I didn't have to worry about it too much.) *I could not hear any conversations in the room or the baby's cries.)After arriving there, I learned that there was no front desk, and the contact information written on the notice board at the office was ``currently not in use.'' When we were finally connected using the contact information listed on the reservation site, he carefully explained how to use the service (since we were communicating on the reservation site, I didn't realize that I had received an email). He said, ``If you need anything, please call me anytime'', which made me feel at ease.Conveniently, it was a 20 minute walk from the subway station I used, and there was a convenience store in between. The location and signboard are difficult to find, but if you search by address on Google Maps, it will appear, so I think it's okay.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk to JR station. The hotel has two floors, which may be more convenient. If you stay on the first floor, you have to carry your walking shoes. The stairs are all about 75 to 80 degrees, which is relatively narrow and sloped. The interior is so simple, bed, sofa, washroom, bathroom. That's all. It's relatively quiet at night, but crows crow in the morning, which are quite loud.Price reflects everything.
