I used it on my first trip to Hokkaido.I'm sensitive to cold. Since I was visiting in October, I thought it would be very cold, so I wore down jackets and warm clothes. On the day I stayed, it was cold at night and in the morning, with temperatures in the single digits. But hotel rooms don't have heating or stoves. You can't use it even if you ask the front desk person. One point tension. Portable heater? ? I was told that there was something I wanted to see, so I tried using it, but it didn't work at all. I was given a blanket, but it was still cold. The other guests are also cold, what should I do? I witnessed him asking the front desk. It's impossible not to have heating in this cold season. In that case, you cannot use the heating before making a reservation. Please write a note in advance. In the end, I couldn't sleep because of the cold, and I got sick and developed a fever, so I'm still in bed.I really want a refund.

It seemed clean and honestly run. If you want some space, I thought it would be best to stay in the Nakajima Park area. The atmosphere is different from the area around Sapporo Station. The park is deep green. It was like New York Central Park.

It's too greedy to expect more from a business hotel, including the parking lot, front desk, welcome drink, room, and breakfast, but I'm satisfied with that. The location is also perfect, 15 minutes walk from Susukino.

The room is spacious and located along the river. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it's not a bothersome distance. The service is great and it's a hidden gem.

It's about a 10 minute walk from Nakajima Koen subway station, but when I first saw it at night when it was snowing, it was hard to find the way and I ended up wandering around Nakajima Park for a long time. The interior of the room showed its age, but there were no major inconveniences, and it felt like a normal hotel.I think it depends on the room, but when I stayed, I had a room with a view of the Toyohira River. What's unusual about this place is that there is a love hotel in the same building, and the entrances are close together, so when I first saw it, I thought, "What??"Breakfast was free for a limited time when staying at the hotel, but even if it was free, the content was quite strange if it was paid. (Personally, I don't think I would ask if there was a fee)
