I used a double room about a year ago.The room looks really cute and stands out.I think the check-out time was 10 or 11 o'clock, but I'm not sure if they were checking out an hour beforehand, but I was surprised that the cleaning staff kept opening the door without permission.I wonder if things have changed now.

The location is good. The room is small, but the sauna is nice.It is better not to pay for breakfast on purpose. There are various things provided to make it easy to take a half bath in the room, and various disposable items are provided for convenient use.

A few minutes from Susukino Station. It's right around the corner from the main street...but it might be hard to find it for the first time. The building is based on white, and the front desk, lounge, and breakfast area are bright with sunlight shining in.Welcome drinks include coffee, detox water, and acerola juice. There is a corner where you can make your own original bath salts. There is an amenity bar in front of the front desk, but it has minimal provisions and no skin care products. (Cleansing, lotion, and emulsion available in the public bath)The room is a standard queen. The bed is large, but there is almost no other space. The entrance also has a wall that suddenly appears when you open the door, and you can't enter the room unless you go inside and close the door, so it might be difficult to get in and out if you're carrying a suitcase. Is cleaning normal? When I lifted the futon on my bed, I found a long hair...The public bath is underground, so it doesn't have a feeling of openness, but there is a mist sauna and a spacious bathtub. However, the problem is that the shower in the washing area weakens while the hot water is running in the bathtub. There are two massage chairs. Also, one of the two elevators does not go to the underground public bath, so you may need to change trains on the first floor.Breakfast has a variety of ingredients, so you can make your own sandwiches and tortillas.Cereals, dried fruits, honey, and donuts are also available. Japanese food is also available.Although it is located in Susukino, it was quiet and comfortable.Susukino Station is closer, but if you think Susukino at night is a bit... it's about a 10 minute walk from Nakajima Koen Station, so you might want to head there.

The room and spa were very nice, but I was surprised to hear what appeared to be a fire alarm go off twice just after midnight. It seems that it was a malfunction, but the announcement was made even though the fire alarm was going off, so I could barely hear it and was very worried. It's a shame that there was no after-sales follow-up.

There’re 2 times of fire alarm during MIDNIGHT. We grab the belonging and went down from the 8th fl. to the lobby. Reception cannot tell anything but error, not even explain what’s going on that time, and of course no apologize at all.

This hotel is located in the downtown area of Susukino. The room has a large bed and seems to be well-cleaned. There is a window, but there is a wall from the building next door, and the curtains are closed, so it's pitch black unless you turn on the light. People who want to bathe in the morning sun when they wake up in the morning will be disappointed. It somehow felt like a love hotel room. The public bath is relatively spacious, and it wasn't crowded during the time I used it, but the changing room is small. Maybe they restrict the use of the lockers, but about half of them were locked and I couldn't use them. Therefore, it is inconvenient that people are crowded together in one place when putting in and taking out clothes, and you have to wait to open the locker. The breakfast buffet is of high quality. We also have a wide selection of ingredients and sweets unique to Hokkaido. I mainly had salads, but it was nice to be able to eat a solid meal in the morning.Due to the location, there were some drunk office workers among the guests, so I definitely didn't want to ride the elevator with them. The only good thing was that breakfast was included at a reasonable price.
