Pleasant stay experience ~ I will stay for three days and two nights next timeIf you don’t mind that there is no bathtub in the room, be sure to choose a newly decorated room type (this time I stayed in a standard double room by the lake). The interior is bright and clean, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the air-conditioning TV is new. The long desk facing the lake view is equipped with a coffee machine, hand brewing kettle, and microwave, which is also suitable for reading and working. There are many thoughtful resting spaces in the museum. The attached store on the first floor has a very clever selection of products, with many good souvenir options. The bathhouse is relatively old, but the water quality from the source is good. If you want to enjoy a high-end and exquisite space, you can also take a scheduled shuttle bus to the Heya Main Building for a bath.Breakfast is crowded, so you need to decide the admission time when checking in. There are many choices in meal content and they are of a certain quality. The hotel is in a good location, close to the sightseeing boat dock and the entrance to the forest trail to Bokke. It is quieter than the main commercial area. The reception staff at the counter were friendly, but I did feel the difference in reception between Japanese and English (more like language communication restrictions rather than differential treatment). The hotel provides paper check-in instructions in English and Chinese, so it won't be too affected. However, if the foreign language communication skills of the staff can be strengthened, I believe that foreign tourists will be able to better understand and enjoy the services and environment provided by the hotel.

This is a low-rated inn in Tsuruga. It was my first time staying here. The guest room also made a creaking noise, probably due to the age.The rooms have a very low rating due to the lock system and the air conditioner not working properly. The buffet food was also disappointing as it looked like food from a normal business hotel.Regarding the hot springs, I was very disappointed that there was no open-air bath. The indoor bath was also quite old and didn't seem clean due to its age.If it is not possible to park in front of the hotel, I would like you to let me know in advance.

2024. 9 Accommodation on sightseeing tourWe had the same plan, but the rooms we stayed in were different, which was disappointing. If you look at the instructions for making futons in a Japanese-style room, you will see the service.I think it's a minimal hotel. The room is 10 tatami and the size is ○The bathroom and toilet are unit baths and are on the smaller side. The room with a view of Lake Akan was good. The interior of the front desk and around the large public bath is beautiful.Meals are buffet for dinner and breakfast.Mostly foreign staffSeats are reserved. The food is delicious, but the replenishment is slow and many dishes run out.If you don't eat early, you'll run out of delicious food and end up eating leftovers. Hall staff mainly serve meals. The hot spring is a normal size and relaxing enough. You can use the hot springs of a nearby group hotel, so we recommend that for bathing. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel. You can go out to Lake Akan from the front desk of the hotel, so it's easy to take a walk.

Looking down from the window at the hotel next door, it feels like dirty water is being discharged into the lake. Is my understanding correct?

The hotel hardware is slightly older, and the corridors and rooms have a wood-like smell. Whether you like it or not is a matter of opinion; you can take a scheduled shuttle bus to the main hotel to have a bath, which is good but a little troublesome; the quality of the buffet dinner and breakfast is quite good; in You can sign up for Kamuy Lumina at the counter at a more favorable price. It is very close to the hotel. It is recommended to participate.

Location - Just over 5 minutes walk from the bus center, with the Lake Akan promenade and sightseeing boat pier right in front of you, it's in an excellent location. The KAMUY LUMINA venue is also right in front of you.Service - In addition to the free amenity service that is common in modern business hotels, due to the current circumstances, you can also do your own futon laying. How you view this depends on the person, but from a security perspective, I think it's good to have the option of laying out your own futon (staff does not enter the room). Of course, he said it in a way that suggested he could have it laid out for him if he asked.Although check-in at the front desk was smooth, there is a self-check-in machine, so it would probably be smoother if you checked in there.Guest Room - A room where you can see Lake Akan spreading out from the window. Of course, you can also watch the sunset from your room, so you can enjoy the view of Lake Akan illuminated by the sunset from your room. It's worth staying for this.Meals - Buffet breakfast and dinner. A system where you order at a special counter. Although the number of items was not very large, I was surprised to find that Uchida crayfish caught in Lake Akan was served as part of the dinner menu. It's also nice to be able to enjoy a luxurious meal overall. Unfortunately, the number of serving tables has not kept up, and it is difficult to return tableware.Hot spring - Located on the 2nd floor of the main building, but only an indoor bath, sauna, and cold bath. If you stay here, you can also use the hot springs at the sister hotel, so we recommend going to the sister hotel (about 10 minutes walk).I stayed here for KAMUY LUMINA, and I felt it was generally good. I feel it's a bit of a shame that the room rate is so good and the amenities are free (especially since it's a resort hotel, not a business hotel). Although the facility itself and the service are good, there were some things that I felt were missing a step, so I look forward to future improvements. It's the most cost-effective place to stay around Lake Akan, and the sightseeing boat pier is right in front of it, so I think it's a good place to use it as a base for sightseeing around Lake Akan.
