Only 8min walk to the center and Susukino station. The room was cozy and fully equipped even for long-period stay. The hotel is self-checkin/checkout. The host is super friendly and helpful!

Be aware of their cancellation policy if your schedule may change!!We booked for 3 nights (in Agoda, ref:1317916025), and found the environment is so so, and the bed is too small for 2 ppl, then we asked the host if any room can change and we can pay more, however the host replied it’s full and it’s totally ok and expected. The bad thing is then we requested for refund for “2 nights” only (not 3 nights, coz we check in at the 1st night already even we didn’t stay there in the end), the host just replied “please contact Agoda”, and I check the term of cancellation, there’s NOTHING, and the host didn’t do the refund at all!

The accommodation itself was spacious and had many different things needed for living. There are a total of 2 rooms, the living room is spacious, and the room itself can accommodate up to 7 people. The location of the accommodation was also nice and quiet.

The room is large, the price is cheap and affordable, and it is not far from the lively Tanukikoji Street. The train gets off at Higashi Honganji-mae Station. There is also a 24H supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for shopping.

STOP!Do not enter and do not book this gross Hotel. This is one of my worst experiences I had so far!The smell in the corridors and apartment was horrible.I felt dizzy and the accommodation itself is dirty & old!!Some people said in previous reviews it was moldy, no I can’t recommend this place at all!But even worse is the owner of the hotel. There is no reception and I tried to explain why I can’t stay there and tried also to get a refund bc I left the apartment immediately.Such an inappropriate behaviour I never witnessed in my life!I got insulted as a racist and got terribly responds of him.If you plan a nice trip, without any smells and a usual apartment which is not overpriced and without insults, do not go there!

Just read 2 bad reviews of this hotel. But, i and my familily stayed there for few nights when visited Sapporo last February, and i can definitely tell that we had great stays. The room was quite large for family of three. All devices, amenities, and spaces served its function. Washing machine and laundry soap were all provided. Kitchen tools and utensils were available. They even provided a kimono for a try on or maybe to warm ourselves up a bit. But it has that wardrobe woody smell, so none of us used that. Only 1 minus tho, i could find an ironing board but no iron. We got a room facing the street, and it was not too noisy. Had great rests although this hotel located very close by to city and entertainment center. Konbini and station are nearby. It was probably my luck for getting the best room this hotel/apato have, but regardless, i really thank the owner of the room for lending me his/her room. Arigatou gozaimashita! Will definitely stay there again when visiting Sapporo next time👍
