I stayed for two nights. The room is on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible. At first I was disappointed that there was no bathtub, but the shower was very nice and warmed my body. The toilet, sink, and shower are on the same floor, but it's spacious and easy to use.Breakfast is free and has a lot of variety.Corn soup was deliciousThe side dishes were replenished as soon as they were about to run out.The hotel is small and quiet as it is away from the downtown area. There are not many convenience stores or restaurants nearby.Because the tram stop is right in front of meI went back to the hotel after doing some shopping, but since I used my unlimited train pass, I had no complaints.Everyone at the front desk and at the breakfast venue were kind. This is a hotel that I would like to use again.

I could hear the person next to me snoring, clearing their throat, using the hair dryer, and plugging and unplugging the outlet. There seems to be a problem with the soundproofing. It's a shame because the front desk service was good and the room was clean. For people who seem to be noisy, it may be necessary to take measures such as sharing a room with other people.

Although the soundproofing is a little lacking, the hotel itself is fine.A streetcar stop is right in front of you (Hakodate Station, Yachigashira, and the dock area are quite far away). There is a bus stop to the airport just around the corner, making it convenient for getting around without a car.For consecutive nights. There's a coin laundry next to the hotel, microwaves in the lobby and hallways, and electric kettles and small refrigerators in the rooms, so it's not bad.The problem is that the only food shops around are either inside the racetrack or ramen shops on the other side of the road.

As other people have written, the man at the reception desk is really bad.No greetings at all. After paying the fee, he quickly disappeared behind the door. The room smelled so bad that I couldn't stay in it.Even though I opened the window, opened the door, and sprayed deodorant, the smell was so strong that I couldn't sleep at night.People staying overnight should be really careful. This hotel was the biggest drawback of my trip to Hakodate.Even after leaving the hotel the next day, the smell remained deep in my nose, and I couldn't get it out for a while, so I spent two or three days feeling uncomfortable. It's the worst! !
