Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori Check in October 16,2024The hotel location is good, few mins walk to main shopping area, and many food places around. Train Transport is nearby too.Hotel in room facilities is good too, with kettle, microwave and washer/dryer. They even have mini kitchen where you can do some simple cooking.But we had a disappointing experience with the customer service at the reception during our stay. It would be beneficial for the staff to undergo additional customer service training, as well as English language courses.Throughout our stay, we noticed that most of the staff lacked the initiative to use translation apps or devices to communicate effectively. They primarily spoke Japanese and seemed to expect us to understand. As a result, we had to rely on typing and translating ourselves just to communicate with them.On the afternoon of October 17, 2024, we requested assistance in booking a restaurant. The male staff member attempted to call, but when there was no answer, he stopped trying. We had expected better service, where he would continue trying or provide us with updates. Instead, he simply informed us no one answered and left us with no further assistance.On October 18, 2024, we asked about the availability of one-day tours or car rentals. Another staff member just said the hotel didn’t offer these services, without suggesting any alternatives or providing helpful information. As frequent travelers, we usually receive recommendations from hotel staff, but here we felt that no further help was given unless we pushed for it.We hope this feedback will help improve the experience for future guests.

★Good points① Approximately 15 minutes walk from Sapporo Station via the underground passage② There is also a drum washing machine, so there is no need to carry extra clothes.③ Breakfast is nothing to write home about, but it is a mix of Japanese and Western standards.④Security measures that allow you to access your room using the elevator only with a card key⑤As it is a Tokyu company, there is a basic sense of cleanliness.▲ Points of concern① Bedding is basically not changed (cleaning, amenities and towels are changed)②The raw water in the room tastes bad.③ Even guests can use the building's multi-storey parking lot for a fee of ¥1,500 per day.Don't expect a luxurious feel, but there is a sense of cleanliness.Generally used for travel or business tripsI think it's a hotel that you won't want to miss even if you consider it.

Three minutes away from Tanukikoji shopping area, the location is excellent. There is a washing machine and microwave in the room. There is also a simple sink for washing vegetables. There are also induction cookers and simple tableware for cooking simple meals.

It was convenient to have facilities such as a sink, washing machine, and microwave within the hotel. Since there is a sink and coffee pot, water is not provided separately, but it was okay because there is a convenience store nearby. It is close to both Suzukino and Sapporo stations and is a good location for taking the bus. I was informed at check-in that there would be window cleaning on that date.

The counter staff is very friendlyRight outside the window is the Sapporo TV Tower :)A very convenient room with a microwave, induction cooker (pots), washing machine and dryer. The living functions are excellent and the CP value is very high.I bought raw potatoes, cooked them and tasted them, they were delicious

They don't make or clean the bed, just change new towels and empty the trash can, and there's no free water, but if it rains, there are about a dozen rental umbrellas in front of the door on the first floor, and there's a free coffee bean machine and breakfast on the first floor, and a washing machine in the room. The dryer is also good because it dries softly after washing. There are also smoking rooms on the first and second floors, but the first floor is larger. Above all, it is in a very good location, within walking distance of major restaurants and tourist attractions. The Genghis Khan restaurant across the street is also delicious! There are also convenience stores within one block on both sides. Best location for cost-effectiveness! Don't expect a view

Hotel location and room satisfaction are the best.It's clean and not too small compared to other Japanese hotels.Due to hotel policy, housekeeping is not provided, but towels are changed daily.Unlimited coffee is available in the lobby. Every time I stopped by my accommodation, I would pick it up from the lobby and go up to my room.When you travel to Sapporo in the future, this is your hotel fix :)
