The shop that I patronize in Kotoni was holding an event, so I decided to go to Sapporo in a hurry from July 12th to 15th, so I'm staying there. This is my first time staying in the Nakajima Park area.I got it through ANA's tour package, so lately I haven't been able to get a reservation.I don't know about the price, but according to the hotel's official website, is this the case? Considering the location and facilities, it's reasonable for a hotel in Japan, and I'm very satisfied.2016 Double room on the 20th floor for single use Guest rooms on the 5th to 25th floors I think it's probably a basic room, so I think the equipment is the same.I heard from other people's reviews that the hair dryer was an old-fashioned one, but I was relieved to use Pana's Ionity.Furthermore, this time I forgot my smartphone's charging cable, so I had to use my mobile battery's cable. Ah, there's a USB outlet by my bedside, which was helpful. Afterwards, when I was looking at the equipment in the room, I found a charging cable compatible with various adapters in the top right drawer ❗ Seriously! At this point, five stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The large public bath is also nice. I can't really rate it because it's not a sauna, but I think the sauna is good enough. This may be natural given the size of the building, but it's comfortable with 4 elevators. The walls are thin and you can hear noise, which is normal in this type of hotel, but if you are concerned about such things, you should go to an ultra-luxury place, so please read this as such.I think it's a very good hotel.

I used it for consecutive nights during a three-day weekend. The reservation was made at the last minute, so it was surprisingly expensive, but I made the reservation because of the location, the size of the room, and the large public bath. The room was spacious and comfortable, just like it looked online. However, the mattress springs on the bed were too worn and loose. It can't be helped that it's expensive since it's a three-day weekend, but the fact that the mattress is old is a demerit. ☆I gave it a rating of 3, but 2.5 would actually be fine. Also, for just one day, I could hear heavy snoring from another room. I couldn't hear it the next day, so I was relieved (bitter smile). There was a water display in front of the restaurant on the first floor, and the waterfall-like effect was a little soothing. The problem with the public bath is that the number of washing areas is small compared to the size of the hotel. Also, the customers from overseas had their hair dyed or had their hair removed, and it smelled like chemicals, which was tough. There was no special notice, so I think it's rare for people to use it like that, but I'm sure there will be a lot of customers in the future, so it may be necessary to have a notice when using the public bath. There were enough lockers in the changing room. I also liked that about 1/3 of the hair dryers were from famous manufacturers, making it easy to dry my hair. The front desk was very courteous and I was able to spend my time comfortably, except for the mattress.

There is a hot spring and a sauna so I can refresh myself, so I always use them.Everyone from the front staff to the cleaning staff greets me with a smile, so I have a very good impression of them. The night view from the room is very beautiful. There was something that bothered me a little. There was some dirt left on the toilet seat in the room.We were barefoot after taking a bath, but I noticed that the person cleaning the spa was wearing slippers.

The rooms, food, and location are all great.A short walk will take you to Susukino, and a convenience store is also nearby. I thought the woman at the reception in the morning wasn't very responsive, but other than that it was great.

Traveled with my daughter for 2 nights from 2023.10.30. The hot springs were nice, and I enjoyed having eel for dinner and choosing from three restaurants in the morning. Six months later, my daughter passed away suddenly, so this hotel became even more memorable. I had a good impression of the front staff's response, and I was very satisfied with the hotel arranged by my daughter, which had good access to Sapporo Station. I would like to go again and have recommended it to my company and friends.
