The building is old, and the rooms have a Showa-era feel, well, everyone around here is old. The male staff at the reception was accommodating. On the other hand, the female staff at check-out was unfriendly and unsmiling, giving a bad atmosphere. On the other hand, the female staff at the restaurant was smiling and responsive, and there were no foreign staff here. The hot springs are small compared to the great plains next door. The food was average, the curry was cold, and the sushi was a little dry. . The two men in the live kitchen were just standing there, engrossed in conversation lol.

I went there for a day bath. The bath is beautiful but not large, and considering the price, it feels very expensive. Sorry.Since it was a weekday, there weren't many people, so I took my time.

This was my third time in about two years, and I stayed in a room with an open-air bath. Pepper in the lobby also seemed to be doing well as usual. The Moor Onsen had a very smooth texture and felt great, and the view of the Tokachi River was magnificent, so I spent most of my waking hours in the room bathing in the hot spring. Personally, I like lukewarm water, so it would be perfect if I could easily adjust the water temperature. The meals were a buffet for both dinner and breakfast, and we enjoyed many dishes made with local ingredients, which were delicious. However, the contents of the second day did not change much, which was disappointing. Also, as a Japanese person, I was disappointed that the white rice was not tasty. I love soft serve ice cream, so I was happy to see it added to the dessert list. The customer service from all the employees was pleasant, and I was able to spend two nights comfortably.Lastly, I would like to make a suggestion: I think it would be better if the special rooms had special services.

This time I booked a Shuiyue guest room with one bed, two meals and a private bath. The overall service and meals were very good. It was just that there were a lot of people at breakfast. Because there was a tour group from a well-known travel agency in Japan, they all stayed in this hotel that night. After soaking in the Tokachi hot spring water, my skin is very slippery. There is bus No. 45 that goes to the entrance of Kanzukien. You can also redeem a round-trip bus ticket for free. Just go to the bus terminal behind No. 45 and check the hotel reservation information to get it.

My wife and I visited here for the first time in several years.I made a reservation for an 8 tatami Japanese-style room (rural side/non-smoking), but when I entered the room, I was surprised to find it facing the river. It's been a while since we last visited Kangetsuen, but my wife was excited from the beginning. The room feels old, but it was well maintained and there were no problems. Of course there is an air conditioner, but when I turned it on, it blew hot air, so I turned it off, but the room was so hot that it was hard to sleep. It felt a little cold when I opened the window. At this time of year, people from Hokkaido may find it hot, but people coming from Honshu will find it cold, so I guess it can't be helped. The hot springs were amazing, making my skin smooth and smooth. It seems that the seats for dinner (buffet) were fixed, but we were able to change seats at our request. They changed my order without making a disgusted face and I was able to enjoy a pleasant meal.Disappointing points: There are two dishes of roast beef at the beginning, one is good, the other is a little fatty, and the one that seems to have been added has a lot of fat, which is something I've never seen before. It was a thing. The staff seemed to be thoroughly trained, and even when I met them in the hallway, they greeted me in a pleasant manner and made me feel very comfortable.Overall, it was a very satisfying stay at the hot springs.

It was a very nice stay. The buffet was delicious, with lots of dishes made with local ingredients, and the taste was delicious! As for the bath, Moor Onsen is the best.

The building is old, but the rooms have been renovated and are clean. The sunset view from the deck was beautiful. The open-air bath was small, but there weren't many bathers, so I took my time. Your skin will be smooth at the Moor hot springs. There were a lot of things I was concerned about, but since it's not a luxury hotel, I think it's worth the price.

It was a beautiful room.I made a reservation for 2 people, but it was a 4 person room, so I was glad that it was spacious. There was 2L of mineral water in the refrigerator, which was already chilled, which was helpful. The one disappointing thing about the bathroom is that even though it's nice to have a unit bath, the toilet and sink were quite old and some parts were cracked, so it wasn't very comfortable. Also, there are some steps and it's dangerous. However, the public bath was good. There is a mall hot spring open-air bath and a spacious rest space, giving it a very open feeling. The Tokachi sausage at the breakfast buffet is quite delicious, so I highly recommend it.
