Great size and location, practically around the corner from gondola and Hirafu main. Perfect view of Yotei and literally smells of grass/flower in the fresh pre summer air.

Went to Niseko for spring skating during the 2024 Tomb Sweeping Day holiday.1. Hirafu base center 4 stopped operating at the end of March this year. The cable cars in the same direction to the top of the mountain are not in operation. You can only find accommodation in the direction of gondola. NLV is only 3 minutes away from gondola.2. There is a paid CTS airport shuttle service, which is a plan that can be considered for travelers who do not have ski buses after the end of March and whose JR flights cannot catch up with the last shuttle bus in the town.3. It is a family-style apartment with a complete refrigerator and kitchen utensils. You can buy ingredients in the supermarket and cook by yourself. There is a washing machine, which makes daily life convenient.4. Every room in NLV faces Mt. Yotei, and the scenery is very beautiful.5. The counter service staff are all very fluent in English, so there is no need to worry about communication problems. They are willing to help with any needs.

Stayed in the 3 bedroom, the furniture was a little dated but everything was clean, spacious and the staff waa excellent. The location is walking distance to the gondola so a great location.Only thing to watch out for is that if you have 7 people stay the futon is terrible and theres no place to put it. In addition, the booking process discouraged any benefits from early booking. We upgraded to the 3 bedroom and several weeks later they discounted the rooms. Unfortunately our price remained at the full price whereas anyone who booked later enjoyed a 20% discount.Overall, great staff, great location. Not the best pricing strategy.(Edited to respond to the comment below)For clarification. When we upgraded the room we paid the full price. As stated above. Several weeks later there was a discount offered for the same room. This meant a new promotion is being provided for new bookings. Its not about a discount that has expired. Hence, there is no benefit to confirming earlier. We ended up paying more than people who booked 2 weeks later.

NLV got a nice & clean room with a full panoramic view of Mount Yotei. Kitchen, dish washer, and laundry are superb. Most of all, NLV staffs are nice and friendly. Thanks for bringing our phone from the hotel to the bus … super on-time. Definitely come back :)

We stayed in the 2 room option, it had all the amenities you need, good location and walking distance to the snow gear hire shop and to the snow lifts. Staff friendly and are always willing to help out if needed. We also had a nice view from our balcony.

Group of 4 stayed 11 nights.Very uncomfortable beds. Ask to have a Donna put over the mattress if you’ve already booked. They wanted to charge us $60 per bed per night for a mattress topper. The pillows are equally awful.Staff generally unhelpful unless collecting a commission or fee from something. The general vague backpacker kind of service. While it is close to the hirafu gondola there isn’t much else around it.Would not stay here again.Edit: They did make me pay, their response is full of misinformation. After they wanted to charge us $60 per night per futon (to be used as a topper), I asked the cleaners put a down quilt on top of both our mattresses (the same quilts used for warmth) which made them more comfortable. I then asked them to refund the charge for the futon. I have the receipt so whatever they say is utterly fabricated."Hard to please all sleepers", half of even the 5 star reviews complain on the uncomfortable beds and its arguably not a good move to add an additional; $240 a night charge to make them comfortable. They also wanted a $210 fee for a 2 hour late checkout (12pm instead of 10am) after we paid more than $8000 for 11 nights.Read the other 2/3 star reviews.

Multiple rooms make up an apartment, which is great if friends come together
