It's a clean, quiet accommodation. The facilities were good, and most of all, the room had all the necessary items, so I had a good stay.If I have to go near Sapporo Station next time, I will stay there again.

The room is very new and the location is great. The lobby is connected to the convenience store next door. Take the escalator from the lobby to the second floor and walk 20 meters to the office building next door. Then take the elevator down to B2. It is the subway passage and walk 50 meters to take the subway. When you go to Sapporo Subway Station to Chitose Airport, you don't have to walk across the street. It's convenient enough to be exposed to the sun or rain on hot days.

I highly recommend staying on the club floor.Club lounge of this quality at this price is the best! I'm so satisfied! After checking in, I took advantage of all the service times, including tea time, cocktail time, and breakfast, and overall it was great.First, it's tea time.In addition to soft drinks, you can also drink beer and sake from the refrigerator! There was also drinkable yogurt and Haagen-Dazs.As for the food, there were chocolate muffins, lemon cookies, canelés, macarons, as well as salmon bagels and pies, and the quality was so high that I ended up staying for a long time.During the cocktail hour, the variety of alcoholic beverages increased and there were about 6 types of dishes, but the quality of the dishes was also good, as they were delicious and perfect for snacks. On this day, we had cheese, olives, octopus carpaccio, fish escabeche, and two types of meat patties. The quality of breakfast is also very different compared to the restaurant on the second floor. Those who want to eat Japanese food have no choice but to go to the second floor, but they also make omelettes (*there is no second floor), and although there are not many kinds, they have an elegant menu, and they even have sparkling wine.I would like to stay on the club floor again and relax in the lounge.

The hotel facilities are new, clean and wonderful...However, a customer who came to stay in a rental car was unable to search on the car navigation system because the hotel was new.I called the front desk and asked for the entrance to the hotel's parking lot, but the directions were terrible. For tourists arriving for the first time in a rental carThe information says, ``You can enter from Soseikawa (Soseigawa) Street.''I don't know the name of the street...I had parked my car in front of the elementary school behind the hotel, so I asked, ``I'm on the road between the elementary school and the hotel, but where do I enter the parking lot?''"There is a parking lot between the hotel and the elementary school."``So, I'm on the road between the elementary school and the hotel, but I can't find the entrance to the parking lot, so I'm asking on the phone...''“Therefore, I will enter from Soseikawa Street.”``What kind of guidance do you give to tourists, so...you don't even know the name of the street?''The phone didn't work, so I hung up, walked around the hotel, and finally found the entrance to the hotel's parking lot.I found out later...Look at the elementary school on your right, walk counterclockwise around the building site, turn left three times, and the entrance to the hotel parking lot will be there. It's pathetic that we can't provide guidance to visitors arriving by car. There's no way tourists would know the name of a street like Souseikawa Street. It had been a long time since I'd had a fun trip to Hokkaido, but the inconsiderate guidance from the hotel front desk ruined my mood, and I ended up having a bad day with my companion. It may be difficult to call it service, but please keep in mind that simply not being able to properly guide customers to the parking lot will offend customers.I stayed on the club floor on the 14th floor.I will never use this hotel again.

I used it for 2 nights and 3 days for sightseeing.Conveniently located about 4 minutes walk from Sapporo Station. The lobby is bright and stylish. It is adjacent to a building that houses a clinic and theater. Also, it was nice that there was a convenience store on the first floor. All twin rooms were non-smoking and had unit baths. The size of the room was just right for two women. There were also plenty of amenities such as cleansing and facial foam. The building was new, so it was nice and clean, but the only mirror in the room was a full-length mirror right at the entrance, and there was no chair, desk, and mirror set like you often find in hotels, which was a bit inconvenient when doing my makeup in the morning. You can go to Sapporo Station through the underground passage, but it was a little difficult to find as the station was under renovation. Especially if you want to go to JR, it is recommended to go from the ground. The system that allows you to check out in the room without paying an additional fee was very convenient.I would like to use it again if I have a chance to go to Sapporo.
