The rooms are ugly and dirty, they don't match the ones in the Agoda and Instagram photos. The lights are dim, the bathroom floor is all crusty, the toilet is yellow, the bath tub is also crusty and yellow. Some spots at the ends are dusty. The AC was making a really loud noise. I reported the admin via WA at around 7 o'clock, there was no response, even though it said the operating hours were until 8 o'clock.

The rooms were clean and comfy, the interior design could be better on the detail. I love the classic theme overall.The breakfast was impressive especially on the nasi goreng, chicken, and fish. The pastry was lovely too. But the sausage and eggs need some improvements. Every room has bathtubs, they didn't have a proper bathing soap/liquids. The bathing liquids were just good for the shower.Well located with some amazing views from the sky dining.

The first time I came here, I got a nice room, neat, clean, fragrant, everything was functioning normally, TV, fridge, shower, because I ordered long ago, I got a room that was exactly what I asked for, the staff was also friendly, no rush at checkout. The first experience was very satisfying, next time hopefully it will stay the same, keep it up for everyone, thank you for the service 🤗

It's good, there's a private gym too but like a hotel there are flies in the lobby :( so it's not clean, you don't get complimentary coffee/tea, the room is a bit dusty and dirty, the access card often has errors if you want to enter the room and you're caught by zombies if there are zombies. But in The gym is provided with free water and there are toilets too, but the AC or fan in the gym doesn't work so it's quite hot tsayyyy, so far it's good if you don't pay too much attention to hotel details because the rooms are like old buildings, there's a lot that needs to be repaired because the paint or walls are peeling but fortunately The air conditioning in the room is central so it's still cold and the lobby hallway is also cold.

I ordered a long time ago, but when I checked in at 1400, why did I still have to wait almost half an hour? why can't I check in immediately at 1400? other visitors can check in directly, why can't I? it says the room is being prepared in about 10 minutes, but what is 10 minutes? 30 minutes damn it! Is there really not enough time from 12 to 14 to clean the room? Is the housekeeping staff disabled for up to 2 hours not enough to prepare mamar? Is the receptionist stupid enough to clean in 30 minutes and say I only have to wait 10 minutes?Not to mention the WiFi in room 211 tends to lose signal, do you install WiFi or a Flexi modem? You should have installed the correct WiFi!Then I ordered a room on the top floor a long time ago, why did I only get the 2nd floor? can't manage it? Is the receptionist stupid?In addition, I added 1 day via Traveloka a day ago before I even checked in. but on the 16th afternoon I was still called to check out, even though I had already booked and paid for an additional 1 day until the 17th afternoon via Traveloka.My question is, why did the receptionist, who was on guard duty at the time, not have the initiative to check the database herself, but still asked me to check out again... that's really stupid!and the housekeeping team too, after I argued with the receptionist about additional dates, why didn't the stupid receptionist talk or tell the housekeeping department about this? housekeeping came into my room even though I was changing clothes, can you manage it or not? How stupid and stupid are you managing a hotel?really disappointing!!

The room was dirty, the bathtub had brown spots and even strands of hair!The parking lot and parking road are very narrow, with sharp turns. Very dangerous for carsFood at breakfast runs out quickly and is not refilled! Sayq came for breakfast at 8.30, a lot of the food was gone, and not refilled!!! Even though there are still many customers who come!! I've told the officers 6 times!!! But no response!

Stayed one night so that we could have a conducive online meeting, because the meeting was very important and no one else was allowed.Overall, pretty good.The rooms are neat, but look like they are starting to age. The bed sheets were thin and there were stains that couldn't be removed. There is Netflix and Prime Video to watch. The mattress is clean, but there are stains. Warm water doesn't work. Even though there is a kettle to boil water, coffee and tea are not provided, there are only 2 mineral waters. There is a mini fridge.Unfortunately, we got a room next to a room that was being renovated, for some reason the bones were still working until 8pm.Not sound proof.The receptionist is friendly and helpful.

Really like the architecture of the building. However when I enter the room it was old. The table and the wall need to be repaint, the room a little bit humid, and I think the staff need to be thorough when they're cleaning the room. The bathroom need to be cleaned from the mold especially the wall and the bath tub. As for amenities maybe a body lotion could be added. But I really like how spacious the room was and the staff responded well upon my request for the bed. overall it was nice experience.

Stayed here at the grand suite type room. The room is quite spacious and clean. I'm happy when I enter the bathroom, apart from being spacious, the sink is big... When I wash my face and brush my teeth, it doesn't splash on my clothes. The problem is that if the sink is small, it usually tends to get all wet. There is a good bathtub available too. Service at check-in time was fast, I happened to check in at 3 pm. Indeed, I called before going there to make sure I got a room that wasn't damp because my child is seriously allergic to mold spores. When I arrived, the room was ready and cold when I entered. As for noise, almost nothing could be heard from inside the room, even though my room was right in front of the elevator. At first I was suspicious that people passing by in the corridor would disturb me. A pleasant stay. The location is also close to everywhere. Thank you for the service

Lovely stay. The staff are very friendly. Seems quite long established hotel, a bit old design but maybe need to focus more on detailed cleaning than just tidying..It is in quiet area but could be noisy at some moment due to the traffic but overall better space for quieter place.But but the breakfast is top-notch! I really love the food served, indeed my morning feels more energized with the great food.Definitely will repeat if I come back.

Looking at the reviews on Google, lots of people are complaining, but just yesterday I stayed here for 2 nights without any problems at all. The receptionist is friendly and fast, room service is also fast. I stayed in the Deluxe Suite room type, it was clean, the bathroom had a bathtub, the room was quite spacious, there was a sofa, I had a smart TV too (only the remote was a bit tricky, but it could still be used hehe). Had room service and ordered barbeque ribs (the spices were delicious, the meat on the ribs wasn't tough, you could get mashed potatoes and vegetables too), their special fried rice was also delicious, there were 2 satays and an omelet. I also ordered chicken wings, but I didn't like the flour (that's the only thing that was missing), the drinks and dessert were all delicious overall, everything I ordered.

This is an old hotel. the room is quite big. The road to the parking lot below is very narrow for one car, just barely enough. The hotel seems poorly maintained. BTW, there were small cockroaches milling around in the room, to the point where I had to slap them with slippers. 😅
