The hotel is located in front of Asahikawa Station, and Aeon is right in front of it. There are also many shops nearby, so it's convenient. Parking is available next door or in the Aeon parking lot, which is affiliated with the hotel. rooms are clean, but the ammonia smell from the toilets is so strong I was surprised! You can't tell if you're standing, but when you soak in the bathtub it's unbearable. Cleaning is done while standing, so you might not notice . The man at the front desk also speaks too fast to hear, and I felt he was rude. They lend out equipment, which is convenientThe location is in front of Asahikawa Station, and Aeon is right in front of it. There are also many convenient shops nearby. The parking lot is next door or affiliated with the AEON parking lot. The rooms were clean, but I was surprised by the strong ammonia smell in the toilet! You can't tell when you're standing there, but when you soak in the bathtub, the smell is unbearable. You might not notice it because you clean while standing.The man at the front desk speaks too fast and is difficult to understand, and I feel that the service is sloppy. Convenient equipment rental available

The common areas and guest rooms have been renovated and are clean.The door had poor sound insulation, so rooms near the elevator were so noisy with people walking, talking, and the vending machines that it was difficult to fall asleep.

Very good!If you are coming by car and the station is right in front of the station, there is an AEON parking lot across the road, so you don't have to worry about the number of parking spaces! As for the food, the breakfast buffet is of a high standard (seafood and Genghis Khan, the quality is too high!)I felt good from the morning.

The reason why we chose this hotel is that it's a twin room at the end of August 2023 and a single room in mid-October 2023. Consecutive nights with breakfast, 1,000 yen per night at the Aeon Mall affiliated parking lot across the street! ️ You can get drinks from the fridge and dinner at Aeon Mall. We ate at Gokoku and Fukutei 😋

It was the worst hotel in my whole Japan trip which I have stayed with another 4 hotels and all much better than this one. Very non professional for customer service and I would say quite"rude" for communication.I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and booking and email communication was ok until the check in process.During check in, we would like to purchase for the breakfast during our stay and was first told by the front desk tomorrow's breakfast was sold out and can only book for the next 2 days and we said yes. Later, when I would like to pay for the breakfast, the front desk told me again, can't book it now and must book in the morning which made me very confused. Anyway, the booking for breakfast was very non professional and complex which never happened to me with other hotels. Besides of that, when we asked for some hangers, the communication was bad and rude. Staff definitely need to be trained properly. This is bad especially compared with other hotel in Japan with Japanese style customer service quality.Finally, for hardware, the bathroom is very old with serious wear and tear. The carpets are very dirty and disgusting. Clean only provided every 3 days and bins won't be empty if not put it out.

This hotel is close to Asahikawa Station.This time I visited by car after Asahiyama Zoo. There is a coin parking lot next door, but it seems to be affiliated with Aeon's multi-storey parking lot. I received a service ticket for 1000 yen.The rooms are old but clean. A ceiling light can be used. It was quite bright. In the first half of October, it was still a bit chilly to stay in the air-conditioned room. (I asked the front desk and they said you can rent a blanket or an electric heater if you wish!)The breakfast was great as expected! At the restaurant on the 12th floor with a great view, you can enjoy Hokkaido's specialty dishes in a buffet style.

The best hotel located close to the station and facing Aeon Mall.Breakfast is buffet style.When you leave your suitcase, you can exchange a number badge and use that badge to retrieve your suitcase later.It was convenient because I could just put my card key in the collection box and leave when checking out.

The hotel is next to the AEON department store at Asahikawa JR Station, and is very convenient for shopping, dining, and transportation. The room is quite satisfactory, clean and tidy, with an open view facing Asahikawa Station Square, but it is on the small side.
