The location is convenient, just one or two blocks away from the Hakodate tram station, and the location is not too far from various famous attractions in the Hakodate area. The hotel service staff are very kind and fluent in English. The decoration of the lobby and guest rooms is also very warm. What surprised me even more is that as a pet hotel, when we checked in, the room was very clean, we didn’t see any pet hair, and there was no odor left in the room, which is worthy of recognition👍.The lobby of the hotel provides some toiletries and several hot and cold drinks, which made us feel more considerate😍. The night view on the top floor can even look up to Mount Hakodate and the city of Hakodate. Although it rained during the two days we stayed in Hakodate, But seeing the foggy summit of Hakodate Mountain and the Hakodate Mountain Cable Car Station, slowly and comfortably enjoying the night view of everything around the Hakodate area in the drizzle is quite romantic. Highly recommended 👍If I have the opportunity to travel to Hakodate again in the future, I hope I can stay here again😌.

It's located right in the middle of Hakodate Station and Mt. Hakodate, but I think it's in a good location that makes it easy to plan your trip as you can walk to both.There are fewer izakayas than in front of the station, but Hokkaido's famous Secoma is nearby, so it's plenty for solo travelers (lol)Although the indoor equipment is old, it is clean and the kettle and hair dryer match the old furniture, giving it a nice touch.(lol)The staff was very responsive and even saw me off in a timely manner, so I had a pleasant journey home.I think it's a little cheaper than the one in front of the station, so please consider it.

Use with a room-only plan.The location, room, and service are perfect.A clean room, which is rare for people with pets, will make you feel excited.I think it would be a good idea to stay here for several nights while traveling around southern Hokkaido.There is a coin laundry! !It's useful for cleaning laundry that has accumulated on long trips.

Stayed in Grand Suite 1 with my dog. I didn't have to worry about the characteristic odor that dog rooms often have, which was nice.The sauna is located on the balcony, and you can turn it on and heat it up, and it will automatically turn off after about 2 hours.There is a large barrel-shaped bathtub nearby, and you can fill it with water to make it a cold bath.As others have said, there are occasional electronic sounds in the bedroom. It's not to the point where I can't sleep because I'm worried.

Thank you very much for your help the other day! The foreign front desk staff were very helpful and kind and accommodating, including changing parking spaces and checking in as soon as we arrived!This time I was traveling with my pet dog, and the room was spacious and very comfortable.The entrance was separate from other guests, so I was able to come and go without hesitation. I was a little worried about the flooring in the room because my dog might slip on it, but it was fine! Since it's in the middle of the city, I wasn't sure how to walk the dog, but about 2 blocks away there was a green area with a small park in the median strip, and there were a lot of local cats around, which was cute. is. This time I stayed for 2 nights, and the room was so comfortable that I went out sightseeing on the second day, but returned quite early to relax. I thoroughly enjoyed the barrel sauna with my daughter, and although I think the other rooms were occupied, we didn't hear any footsteps or voices, and it was a really quiet room where we could relax with our dog.The only thing that bothered me when I went to bed was the fire alarm in the bedroom with the queen size bed, but it beeped very softly every 30 seconds. I was there. The noise was very low, but the room was so quiet that it bothered me when I was trying to sleep. There was a similar sound coming from the living room, but since I wasn't sleeping there, I could hardly hear it.This time, I was able to spend 2 nights and 3 days very comfortably. If you bring a dog with you, especially a large dog, it's difficult to stay in a hotel with them, so it's always a struggle, so I'd really like people, as well as people in the same situation as my family, to stay with us.
