It's a beautiful hotel. The open-air bath on the roof is very pleasant. Also, there is a convenience store and shopping street next to the hotel, so it is convenient.

2024-10/15-16 When I stayed there in July, I liked how clean the upper bathhouse and new hotel were, so I invited other friends to stay there again this time. Just like last time, check-in takes a long time. The counter duties are foreigners with limited Japanese, so it takes extra time, and they are slow to respond to my questions (I tried to be kind to them because they are working hard).Everyone wants to get into their room as soon as possible after a long trip. Wouldn't it be less stressful for customers if we had Japanese staff as well? I think so. And this time, the worst thing happened...Since I was on the eco plan, I was only asked to change the towels. On the second day, I returned to the inn and was surprised in front of my room! ️The door is open. Furthermore, why is the bath mat supposed to have been replaced? I left it in a mess at my feet. Did someone enter the room? It's really disgusting. They responded immediately, and there was no evidence of anyone entering the room on the security cameras. However, the excuse (I don't understand because I'm outsourcing the cleaning to another company) and the way they explained it weren't convincing, and I felt bad about it. Furthermore, most of the customers this time were Korean and Chinese, and the way they used the bath was terrible. In particular, Korean aunties talk loudly, do not give in, and take things like bathtubs into the changing room. Chinese aunts do gymnastics in the small changing room and never leave...although this is not the hotel's problem. . I will definitely not be staying there again next year. I felt sorry for my friends who had booked another hotel, as I had to choose this one.
