The hotel change the name to Niseko hykrots ikigai. Great view of Mount Yotei. There’s a restaurant & cafe also.Note that the room comes with attached toilet but not bath. There’s a common bathroom within each lodge.Peaceful and tranquil. Must come if you’re looking for some peace and quiet

I really lucked out when I found this place — although I did read the reviews on Google so it wasn't all luck. The service is wonderful, the food divine, the surroundings peaceful and borderline monastic, and just far enough away from the Niseko ski scene to offer a different experience.

Amazing lodge, even better staff. They drove me to and from the resorts each day. One of the days the hot water wasn’t working, so they gave me a voucher to the onsen. They also drove me to the train station and when I didn’t have cash to pay for the train ticket they drove me another 10 minutes to a 7-Eleven to get cash out. Thanks again for a lovely stay. Arigato gozaimasu!

Most of the guests were from overseas. The hotel is divided into multiple lodges/buildings, and the building we stayed in had three twin bedrooms. There are 3 beds on the first floor and 3 mattresses on the loft-like second floor, accommodating up to 5 people. There are many Keith Haring works displayed in the hallways and rooms in each lodge, and you can feel the owner's dedication to the lodge.Breakfast was Japanese food on one day and Western food on another day, and both were delicious. They won't do the cleaning unless you ask, so I told them at the front desk if they would like to change towels or make the bed. Laundry costs 1,200 yen once.
