A 3-minute walk to Kita 18jo, 2 minutes to 7-Eleven, and 4 minutes to Seico Mart. It's a 15-18 minute walk to Sapporo Station. To be honest, if there was no snow, it would be nice to walk to Sapporo Station, but there's so much snow that it's difficult to even walk 15 minutes. It's a new building, so it's clean and has a common entrance, and there's an elevator as well. However, check-in is a bit cumbersome.

Lovely place, host very clear instructions. Cleaner than clean. 10 mins ride from downtown. If you don't drive a bit difficult to get around. A parking within 15 seconds that charges max 990yen for 24hours

It's about a 5 minute walk from Kita 18-jo Station, and the exterior looks like an apartment, so at first glance I couldn't tell if it was a lodging facility lolFirst, you will need a password to enter the building. When I entered, there was no one at the front desk, so I moved to my room. Password here too.I booked a double room by myself, and it was spacious. And new. The home appliances are made from overseas, but they are almost new and can be used without any problems. It may be suitable for long-term stays as it is fully equipped with tableware. When you enter your room, there is a tablet so don't forget to check in using it. (I forgot)You will need to provide your own toiletries such as a comb and toothbrush. Laundry detergent was provided and there was also a vacuum cleaner. It's a modern building, I was able to check in and check out without meeting anyone, and I had a very comfortable stay. It might be a hidden gem because it's pretty cost-effective.Speaking of what's missing...I can't boil water in the kitchen because the electric kettle's cord is short lol I put it on the ground and plugged it into an outlet. Also, since the tablet is mainly in English, it's bothersome that there is no Japanese input...Maybe there is a language switch somewhere...
