In September 2022, I made a reservation for 2 nights through the OTA site.It was comfortable, so this is a long review. We use private lodging in Japan and overseas, including Airbnb, but the facilities are a little different from the exterior image, and are the size of a standard Japanese home in a residential area. The owner seems to live on the second floor, but there is no interference at all. If something happens, you can contact us via the DK intercom. The facility is not new. However, it is well maintained. The water area has been updated and is new.(The bathroom only has a shower, and there is no bathtub, but even though I am tall, it doesn't feel oppressive, and it looks like it has been updated and is very clean. ■I will write about the bathtub later.)It looks like there is only one reservation available at the moment. If you make a reservation, you can use the bedroom and the 8-tatami-sized DK for exclusive use, and there is a kitchen, dining table for 4 people, and a sofa, so you can relax. When you think about it, it doesn't have as good a view as a mid-sized hotel in the city center, but it's quite comfortable. This time, I stayed alone for two nights, and it seemed like a great deal since the cleaning fee and other service charges that are collected at the time of reservation are included.Furthermore, the parking lot at the entrance of the facility is free, and unlike Coin P, there is no charge each time you take it in and out, and although it is far from the center, it is cheap for people traveling by car.For those working remotely, we don't have a dedicated office desk, but we do have a dining table, slightly hard chairs, and reasonably fast Wi-Fi and wired LAN.There's a sofa right behind it, so I think it's easy to work.I mentioned earlier that there is no bathtub, but if you would like to take a relaxing bath, there are several public bathhouses that are a short walk away. Also, the surrounding area is residential and quiet. For shopping, there is SE7EN about 100m away and a supermarket about 300m away. Bikkuri Donkey, where you can get breakfast, is also within walking distance. There are many parks in the area for a walk, and it takes about an hour round trip to visit Rokkatei Kita branch at the next station. Unlike the crowded Rokkatei in front of Sapporo Station, this cafe is open even on weekends. Along the way, there is a restaurant called "Chinese Soba Usagi" that serves morning ramen. Shihachi Fresh Fish Shop, which often has a long line of people, is empty outside of the afternoon hours.Access to the inn is far from the station.Kita 24-jo Station on the Sapporo Subway Namboku Line, but you can take a bus from there. However, at the time of reservation, the owner informed us that he would be able to come and pick us up by car.It seems that this can be accommodated by contacting us in advance. Exit 3 of the station is the only elevator that can access the ground level, so we met at the Family Mart that we exited from.Even though it's far from the station, it's a 2-3 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and 3 stops to the station. There are about 3 videos every hour. You can also see the timetable by searching here. Also, if you walk from the inn towards Bikkuri Donkey, there are buses bound for Sapporo Station/Bus Terminal, one every hour. The area around here is the Chuo Bus, so if you go to the bus terminal, you can buy a one-day ticket for around 700 yen. With this, you can go to Moerenuma Park, Hitsujigaoka Observation Deck, and Lloyd's Rose Garden in the northern part of the city, although you will have to go via the bus terminal.
