The jet bath was pretty nice, but the machines were making noise all night long, so I couldn't sleep at all, and I checked out before 4 a.m. Well, all I had to do was insert my card and go home, but I guess it's only on the top floor. I've stayed at many APA hotels, but this was the worst, and I can't recommend it to people who are concerned about noise. P.S. This hotel doesn't have an ice machine, I thought it was standard at APA.

The facility was clean and comfortable. However, I thought the APA hotel had an ice machine, so I was disappointed that there was no ice.

It is conveniently located as it is close to Hosui Susukino Station and within walking distance of the downtown area. Was it originally a ○○ hotel? The room was spacious and had a jet bath, which was very helpful for my tired body after walking.

Perhaps because it was originally a hotel like that, it has a Susukino-like design that feels like that everywhere. I think this is the only apartment with a jacuzzi. I was also impressed by the fact that there was a separate room for bath and toilet. Access from Sapporo Station is not very good (the subway is far from JR in the first place), so a taxi is recommended. About 1200 yen at most. There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby. There is a Lawson inside Hosui Susukino Station, but it's a small store with a limited selection of products. You can order Domino's pizza from your room, so it's a good idea to use that. The front desk is polite compared to other APA's. Coupled with the small space, the voices are loud and the lively feeling is conveyed well. The one-second check-in machine is located to the far right of the counter, but it blends into the wall and cannot be seen at a glance. Despite the small number of rooms, there are two elevators, so you will never have to wait. The guest rooms are designed to give you the feel of a hotel, and are spacious and comfortable as they were not designed to accommodate guests staying alone. The jacuzzi was a nice change of pace, but I was surprised to find that the lid that was supposed to hide the machinery that was supposed to be the control equipment had come off. I think it would be better to make it a little more secure.Recommended for those who value comfort over accessibility and want to stay cheap. If you plan to use this place as your base for your trip, be aware that as mentioned above, it will be a hassle to transfer and you will have trouble finding food.

[10 minutes walk to downtown Susukino]It was a comfortable environment.Great location, 5 minutes walk from Hosui Susukino subway station and 10 minutes walk to downtown Susukino. The single room size is sufficient compared to other business hotels. The bed is about the size of a semi-double and has a down comforter.Free TV content is also available. The Wi-Fi and LAN environments are also solid.Although there is no large public bath, the bath attached to the room has a spacious washing area, and the bathtub with a jet bath is also large enough.Shampoo and body soap are also fully provided.I used it for consecutive nights, and linens such as towels and consumables were replaced and replenished.★If you smoke, please bring a portable ashtray. There is no smoking space inside the hotel, so smoking is only allowed on the premises, next to the hotel entrance.

APA purchased what was originally a love hotel and opened in July 2001 as the first APA hotel in Sapporo. If you look only at the bedroom, it has been renovated and has the feel of an APA hotel.Even though it was renovated from a love hotel to a business hotel, the love hotel elements still remain, and the lobby and bathroom are far from those of APA hotels that opened around the same time, and the jet bath has an atmosphere similar to that of a love hotel or special bath from the Showa era. (However, many rooms are outdated). It has been more than 20 years since the building was converted into an apartment building, and as it is becoming increasingly dilapidated, it has been decided to rebuild the building, which will also significantly increase the number of rooms by nearly three times.
