I used it on my first trip to Hokkaido. I was very satisfied because the quality of the hotel has a significant impact on my memories of the trip. I stayed in a single room on the 22nd floor, the top floor. The front desk of the hotel was hospitable, the lobby was clean, the night view from the room was wonderful, and the bed was a good size so I had a comfortable stay. I was able to use the spa in the evening and felt luxurious. Every single item at the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the knives and forks were high-class for a hotel in this price range, making me very happy to eat while looking at the view. Also, the TV tower and clock tower were just a short walk away, so it was very convenient. For just 10,000 yen, I felt that I couldn't get this kind of satisfaction from other hotels. I would also like to use your hotel again next time. thank you very much!

I'm generally satisfied, but I was surprised to hear bangs and other noises coming from the room next door.

First of all, the bed was too hard, and I couldn’t sleep well. On the first night, I was tired, so I slept without any problems, but on the second and third nights, the hardness of the bed started to bother me, and I couldn’t sleep, which was tough. I had the same issue at Monterey Ginza as well. However the hotel was clean and nice. All of the female staff were attentive and very kind. As for the male staff, I got the impression that they were a bit indifferent to the guests. The location was good. A bottle of water was provided each day and the house keepers were very professional. We really liked the hotel except the bed.The onsen was spacious and nice, but we were bothered by the poor manners of some Asian tourists. They were wasting shampoo and body soap, and were walking around in front of others while brushing their teeth, completely naked. The rude behavior of some Asian tourists was well-known even in Paris. They don’t consider others and act according to their own desires. In Japan, people tend to be discreet in public to avoid causing trouble for others. This is the essence of Japanese manners.

Even though the front desk is too crowded, they haven't added more staff. The worst.
