Staff! Thank you for welcoming me with a smile! The water service was helpful. When I got into the room, I was glad that the air conditioning and refrigerator were already on. I didn't use it this time, but it was helpful to have a microwave in the room! I will use it again.

I requested an extension cord and blanket using the inquiry form on the hotel's official website. They immediately replied that they could prepare it if they had it in stock. I felt very relieved that they responded immediately after sending the message. Also, on the day of my stay, I arrived at 2:30 pm, and I was happy to be able to check in when my room was ready.I stayed in a room on the 4th floor of the main building. Although the entire facility and furniture felt old, the room was quiet and had no pet odors, making it a comfortable stay. However, there is a slight pet odor around the stairs and in the common hallway.

I used it on a weekend in July 2024.Check-in late at nightIt's an apartment type apartment with automatic locks, so you press the intercom to enter. The receptionist is young and appears to be open 24 hours a day. After a thorough explanation, we entered the room.It was a single room without a kitchen, but it was no problem if you just slept. The only complaint I had was that even though it was a non-smoking room, the unit bath smelled of nicotine urine.Seicomart is about 2 minutes walk away. You can arrive at Susukino intersection in 5 minutes. The area is surrounded by love hotels and entertainment districts, so it's not very safe.To check out, simply drop the key into the mailbox at the reception on the first floor.Overall it's normalThere is no problem at all if you are just staying the night. It's not bad or bad.

As the name suggests, it is a one-room apartment designed for long-term stays, with a rice cooker, microwave, etc., and a fully equipped kitchen. There is no front desk in the annex, so you can't expect good service. Far from Sapporo Station, but close to Susukino Station.
