This place is very polarizing for me. On the one hand the room is great, clean, and well stocked. On the other hand however there is no staff at the location and it's located in a building where I thought I was going to get mugged while entering.If I was here just for the room I would be very satisfied. If you're interested in having a fully usable kitchen you have one. Anyone that wants to do laundry can do it right in their room.However, I did see a rat right outside the front door and the only entrance looks like you're about to enter a serial killers domain.

An old and smelly apartment building, dirty and moldy rooms. The worst thing is the toilet, very very very small... every time I sit down on the toilet my face hits the door, so I have to open the door every time I sit on the toilet.Regarding the service, it's okay, there's no way to give it 1 star 🤬🤬🤬...I didn't receive any email from the hotel to receive the password to enter the house. Upon arrival, no one could be contacted to assist with check-in. The phone number in the booking is just an automatic switchboard number, calling is fine. I booked 5 nights and paid in advance but when I got there I couldn't get into the house, I had to rent another hotel to stay for 2 nights to receive the house pass 😡😡😡😡😡. And after back and forth, Traveloka and Kiyaza still did not compensate me for the first night. Boycott traveloka...too bad for the service you sell to customers.Location: A lot of buildings are being built around, a lot of dust and road repairs are blocking the paths, making the surrounding roads bad.

It was cheap but clean and in the middle of town.The only bad thing is that there's a curry shop downstairs, so you'll want to eat curry even if you're planning on eating something else.

I had the vegetable soup curry. I felt a bit addictive for a moment, but the taste was relatively light and I was able to eat it all at once 👍 Next time I'm going for the chicken soup curry ☝️

I used it for a long business trip, and it had everything I needed for my stay, including cooking utensils, tableware, microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator. The walls were relatively thick, so I didn't hear any noise from other users.It's hard to find the parking lot, but it's convenient because you can walk to Sapporo Station and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Both the soup curry shop and the standing bar on the first floor are quite delicious.
