It's in a good location, but the front desk is on the second floor, and the young person at the front desk tells me to fill out the paper in a clerical manner, so first of all, I'm disappointed! The room was very small, and I didn't feel like eating breakfast in the open space in front of the front desk.

As other reviews have said, the room is quite small. The desk is also small and has a pot and coffee cup on it, so it's extremely small. However, looking at past reviews, it seems like they have made some small improvements and taken customer requests into consideration. I think they are dealing with what they can and not leaving things as they are.As for the staff at the front desk, all the female staff members who assisted us were very nice. Also, the breakfast bread was replenished and any minor stains were taken care of immediately, so I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably. I felt that they were paying close attention to the surroundings and paying close attention to detail. On the other hand, I think the male staff should be a little more aware of their surroundings. In addition to replenishing bread, I also want them to pay attention to things like cleaning up dirt and trash around them, keeping plates low, and talking to customers who are looking for something. (The female staff was able to take these considerations into account.)

Used on business trips. There is no cleaning, and luggage storage is not possible unless it is delivered on the same day. The desk in the room is small and the chair is only a stool, making it unsuitable for desk work. It's good that breakfast is included. The location is good as it is close to Sapporo station.Below is some advice for businessmen. It's fine if you stay for about one day, but I think it's difficult for a week.

When will the washing machine be fixed? It's quite inconvenient that only one is in operation even though there were originally not two. It's a pain to go and check each one, so if you're not going to repair it, why not just remove it?
