-Room Canceled by This Hotel out of Unacceptable Reason-Dear Hotel Management,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the way your hotel handled the cancellation of my reservation. I made a reservation on August 21st with your hotel, and it was confirmed. However, after a month of confirmation, today on Sep 23rd, I suddenly received an email from your hotel, informing me that due to overbooking, my reservation was being canceled, and I was asked to cancel it myself. This is extremely disappointing and utterly unacceptable.First of all, my reservation was confirmed in your system, yet your hotel waited a month to notify me that there were no available rooms. This delay has seriously disrupted my travel plans, which means I have to search for vacant accommodation now but either there's no availability or the price has gone up, and it has indicated a lack of proper management and customer service from your side.Secondly, your hotel mentioned that the overbooking was caused by a surge in reservations due to the announcement of a famous artist's event. While I understand the increased demand during such events, this is not a valid reason to cancel a confirmed reservation. As a customer who booked early, I should have priority, and it is unacceptable to have my reservation canceled because of your hotel's booking management issues. Therefore, I am requesting a formal explanation of this incident and a reasonable solution. Additionally, I hope your hotel will review the problems that occurred in this case to ensure such incidents do not happen again.Hotel managerThank you for your help.I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the way your hotel canceled my reservation. I made a reservation through your hotel on August 21st and received confirmation of my reservation. However, one month after confirming the reservation, I suddenly received an email asking me to cancel my reservation due to overbooking. I am very disappointed in this response.First, even though my reservation was confirmed in the system, your hotel notified me after a month that there were no rooms available. This delay has thrown a wrench into my travel plans, and I now have to look for accommodations that are available, but they are either fully booked or have become expensive. This indicates a problem with your hotel's management and customer service. Also, according to your hotel, the reason for the overbooking is a sudden increase in reservations due to the announcement of events by famous artists. We understand that demand increases during event periods, but this is due to a sudden increase in reservations due to event announcements by famous artists. This is not a valid reason to cancel. As a customer who made an early reservation, I should have priority, and I cannot accept cancellations due to problems with your hotel's reservation management. Therefore, we request an official explanation of this matter and a reasonable solution. We also request that your hotel reconsider this issue to prevent this situation from happening again in the future.

If a special price comes out, I definitely recommend grabbing it. It's about the size of a triple room in other Japanese hotels, clean, and the staff is friendly. The disappointing thing is that although there are self-service washing machines and dryers, there are two on the second floor and the drying fee is 100 yen per 10 minutes, so it is a bit expensive. Other than that I am satisfied with everything.

recommend! It's quite big and has a sofa. However, it's difficult to contact the counter. It's inconvenient for tourists to store their luggage. It's recommended that you tell the counter about the contact time. The water fountain corridor is very darkBig bathtub
