The hotel is new and has an excellent location, next to Tanuki Trail. There are many popular restaurants and shops near the hotel.

When Ben arrived at the door he thought everything was great, with a beautiful front lobby and restaurant. But what I immediately saw was a check-in machine that was very unfriendly to foreigners. There were obviously 2-3 people working at the front desk, but they were enjoying the cool weather. We were in a hurry to log in to the three rooms, but they didn't help.Forget it, when we encounter problems, just because my Japanese is not fluent enough, the other party's attitude is extremely bad, as if I can't do anything to you with my broken Japanese. Also, I advise people traveling for two to definitely not choose this place. The room will be so small that you will be angry, because all the space in the hotel is used as a meaningless corridor or the space of a three-person room.

Good location, however, service attitude and experience are very different. Before leaving the cell, there was a question of questioning, and there was a member of the first-rank Chinese staff in the Ming Ming Hall, but the female supervisor who had to replace the glasses did not need any other help. Is it just a difficult road because I have to meet Japanese people and work Japanese people deceive foreign passengers? The response was poor. When I asked a question, the woman who looked like a manager kept repeating the same explanation in Japanese from the beginning, and even though there was a staff member who could speak Chinese, she kept looking at the customers, telling them not to come. The way he uses words is formal, but I can only sense malice.I thought there were many better accommodations in Sapporo.

The hotel is ideally located at the entrance of Tanuki Trail. When checking in, I could only use the machine to complete the procedure. At that time, I couldn't find my reservation on the machine. The front desk staff insisted on asking me to use the machine. I didn't understand why they couldn't work around it and change it to manual processing. Then when checking out, I left a paper bag in the locker. I remembered it the next day and planned to go back and look for it.I checked at the locker and saw that all the passwords were 0000. I opened several lockers and found that my paper bag was not there. So I decided to seek help from the front desk staff. However, a tall, thin male staff with glasses and a plump female staff with glasses were very uncooperative, had a bad attitude, and were unwilling to help. I understand that it will be difficult to communicate in English, so I have specially used a translator to translate. But they refused to use any English, and stopped our speech many times, emphasizing the rules of using lockers. It is not their responsibility to lose items, and they were unwilling to provide any assistance. When we left, he also secretly scolded us in Japanese. Later, when some Japanese guests checked in, their attitude became very friendly. The contrast in attitude was laughable!Although the location of the hotel is convenient, the attitude is really outrageous!Highly not recommended for tourists to stay here! There are more good hotel options in Zhachen!

I used it for 3 nights in October. Everywhere in the hotel was clean and comfortable.Everyone I met, including the employees, greeted me politely and made me feel very welcome.I felt that employee training was thorough. The breakfast was delicious and the bath was also nice.If I had to pick a drawback, the sink in the bathroom was small and it was difficult to wash my face.

We are tourists from Taiwan. We traveled to Hokkaido for half a month and stayed here for nearly seven days.Except for the small size of the room, I was very satisfied with everything else. The room was very clean. On days when there was no cleaning, they carefully bagged the items that needed to be replaced and hung them on the door for us.There is a tanuki path downstairs. It is very convenient to walk directly on rainy days. Moreover, since the hotel is located in the front section, it will not be too noisy late at night. There is also Seicomart diagonally opposite where you can buy something. There are two large baths in this hotel. It is the largest and nicest one I have ever stayed in during this trip. Every hotel I have stayed in has a bath (Asahikawa, Toya, Hakodate), except for the one in Lake Toya. Of course, it's expensive and can't be compared. There are other sea view resort hotels that are basically the same price or even more expensive, but I think they are worse than this one.In addition, there is a service staff member, Ms. Xu, who can speak Chinese. She helped us a lot, assisted us in changing pillows to softer ones, helped us make notes about changing pajamas every few days, and also helped us send our luggage to the hotel in Hakodate. , he even helped us call the hotel to confirm the relevant matters before shipping. He was very cautious and attentive. Thank you very much to this service staff for making our journey end smoothly!

The rooms are extremely thin, the partitions are not practical, the long corridors are a waste of space, and the rooms do not even provide two small bottles of water. The so-called "Suzuran no Yu" is actually just a small bathing pool, which is disappointing.Regarding breakfast, although the restaurant staff were very polite, the food choices were very limited and not very tasty. It is not recommended to pay extra for it. It is not worth it.Although the location is on Tanukikoji, there is actually nothing special about Tanukikoji. It is just like other shopping streets, without any special features.
