About the restaurantIt's not clearly stated on the Tabelog or the website that it's for guests only, but it seems like it's limited, which is a shame.When I answered the phone, they seemed disgusted and hung up on me before I could finish speaking.I was thinking of staying here in the future, but I had a slightly disappointing impression.For the sake of both parties, wouldn't it be better for each media to specify the terms of use? A hotel of the Daiichi Houtei group. Although the price is high, the hotel has plenty of facilities for a relaxing stay, such as a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, delicious food, and free drinks (including alcohol) in the lounge. Since the site area is large, it was fun to go for a walk using a cart.The tent on the grounds had a fireplace and art supplies for painting, so it seemed like there could be many ways to enjoy it depending on the person using it.Since I was traveling alone this time, I chose a dormitory. Although it was noisy, there were not many people using the dormitory in the first place, so I was able to spend a comfortable time there.

A luxury inn with all rooms non-smoking. Renovated a certain fire insurance resort during the bubble period. It's a luxurious facility.The view from the room is beautiful.Anyway, the food and wine are delicious.There is a hot spring, but only an indoor bath. The bedrock bath can be used free of charge.There is a long distance from the parking lot to the building, but if you enter the building first, they will pick you up with a cart.

This was my permanent home until about 10 years ago.I liked the room with the big bath, but the hotel upgraded me to a suite as a service, but it was too big for two people to use that room, and I didn't like the size of the bath in the room. I was very disappointed even though I had specified a room.I canceled without staying (I was asked for a cancellation fee, but when I tried to pay it, the manager-like person apologized and said there was no cancellation fee.).I found out later that the room had been double booked.It was a shame because I liked the quiet hotel and the food was delicious.

If the weather is good, you can see the mountains in the distance from your room. There is a small sunflower field and a lavender field in front of you, and you can drive your own cart around it.

We, a family of five, stayed at Baotingliu in early July. We booked two double rooms and one single room. As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was amazed by the perfect view of the lobby. The afternoon tea drinks during our stay were very delicious freshly squeezed peach juice and rich pudding. Breakfast and dinner are also very rich, the seasoning is not too salty, mostly original food, the ingredients are fresh and of good quality, and generally very healthy and delicious. Although the hot spring upstairs does not have an outdoor hot spring, it is not too stuffy and is very comfortable to soak in. The hot spring downstairs has an outdoor hot spring, which is great. The garden is very vast, and the air as soon as you step out is filled with the fragrance of flowers. It's very comfortable to walk around the entire trail. Guests who cannot travel far can also borrow the hotel's golf cart for a fee to visit the back garden. The very considerate service is very popular. There are free bottled drinks, water, coffee, wine and other drinks in the saloon that you can freely drink. It's a great hotel.But there are a few things that are unsatisfactory. . . First of all, the lady at the counter who checked us in was very tough. I personally felt that she was very aggressive and spoke very loudly. When I asked if I could have another bottle of milk during breakfast, she only gave me one word "NO." My feeling was, There were five of us in total, and we only asked for 1 bottle of milk, because the older father used to drink a glass of milk in the morning, and their milk bottle was very small, so he wanted another bottle. If it really doesn't work, it would be great if you could explain it properly. In such a high-end hotel, all drinks and wine are free of charge. Why can't you refill the bottle of milk? I don't understand this.Next, there is obviously an elevator that can reach the 1st to 3rd floors, but the lady at the counter insisted that I have to climb the stairs, but my father is 86 years old, and I don’t understand what she is insisting on.Third, the double room is very large and spacious, and the bathroom is also very large. However, the large bathroom only has a large bathtub and no shower room. It makes me very troubled how to take a bath and soak in the bathtub?Finally, the soundproofing of the single room was very poor. There was a grand piano next door. Someone played the piano at three o'clock in the middle of the night and disturbed everyone's sleep for an hour. The hotel did not deal with it. This made us very painful. We could not have a good rest all night. The next day I I got sick. This is an unsatisfactory room type. It is recommended that you do not choose this room type. It feels like a maid's room. However, the price for a single person is more expensive than the price for a single person in a double room, and the price is not directly proportional to the quality.

First of all, this is a hotel that doesn’t not accept kids under 13 yrs old, it was my bad that I didn’t notice this while booking it two month ago;Secondly, when we arrive the hotel with two kids, the reception guy’s face is like a dead fish. I think he just thinks we ignored hotel requirement and we are rude in his perspective;He pointed it out straightforwardly that we are not welcomed at all and no refund will be made; we are bring two kids and two orderly, it was 6pm, everybody hungry and tired while he kept us waiting in car for one hour without any kind words even;bad communication, cold blooded moments; his face is blaming us for every second;We seek for his help to check other hotels by making telephone calls as we don’t speak Japanese at all, he dailed and then immdediately passed the phone to me, again with a dead fish face.We stayed like 40mins at out of the hotel door , no refund, no help, no advice, leaving kids and orderly at 7pm with nowhere to go;I know It was started by my stupid mistake, while during the process we felt the ruthlessness and rudeness of Japanese in every second while we have been to Japan for more than ten times.We will continue to travel to Japan, which is a lovely place but I will never recommend this hotel to anybody. It is just ridiculous and dark.

Stayed on June 14thA luxury hotel with 25 rooms in total.The room is large and has sufficient facilities, but you can also see the entire bathroom by raising the blinds.When I woke up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, I turned on the bathroom light and it illuminated the bedroom, so I was careful not to wake up my companion.Dinner and breakfast at a restaurant with a nice view were both of a high standard, and I especially liked the smoothie, local milk, and vegetables at breakfast.In the evening, ginger ale and various herbs are prepared so that you can make your own original herbal cocktail, so even people who can't drink can enjoy it.The hot springs are heated at 24 degrees, and are reserved for private use as there are few guest rooms.Other various free drinksExhibition of artistic wood inlay worksView of the Tokachi mountain rangeIt was a hotel I would like to stay at again.Approximately 30,000 yen per person (without alcohol)

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our Hokkaido trip and loved it. Quietly luxurious, peaceful, and beautiful. The food was also incredible. The staff, especially Nir, were so warm and hospitable as well. We will come back here for sure.Highlights - peaceful onsen, including outdoors. Lots of quiet spaces to relax. Staff came with a golf cart to pick me up from the parking lot. Dinner, including make your own gin cocktails.

This is definitely the number one hotel I would like to visit again.From the entrance to the space design of the room, it wasn't too elaborate, but it had a high-quality feel, which I liked.Although the dinner was a bit large, the vegetables were well-balanced and very tasty.When returning to your room from the balcony at night, be careful as moths will come in if you don't do so right away.This time I went during the thaw season, but I would like to go again during the snowy season.

I used it on a family trip to Hokkaido.It is built in a forest on the outskirts of Furano, a little outside of downtown Furano. Bright sunlight shines through the spacious entrance with a calm decoration. The view of the mountains from the room is wonderful. There was a small table and chairs on the balcony of the room, and we were able to relax quickly with free sparkling wine.Dinner is a French dinner at a spacious restaurant. I was able to enjoy a fun and elegant meal with wonderful dishes made with Hokkaido and local ingredients, as well as detailed explanations from the garcon staff.The staff behaved wonderfully, and we had a wonderful and relaxing time walking around the hotel's grounds, which are surrounded by nature.Thank you for your help.
