It's been a while since I last stayed, but it was a good hotel. The hot springs are still outstanding.

Please stay when the hotel is free, such as on weekdays, not during the busy season.Especially when it's crowded, women tend to give it a lower rating. There are 4 washing areas in the bathroom, 2 sinks in the changing area, and 1 hair dryer. The futon in the Japanese-style room is thin and hard. The desk in the Japanese-style dining room is made of plastic and is unreliable, making it dangerous to stand on it with your hands on it. (I have a gas stove)There are about 10 steps right at the entrance, so it can be difficult if you have large luggage. But even though it's inconvenient, I love it and keep coming back."The employees at Kiraku were kind and hard working."As it is a family run business, it is not suitable for those who are looking for the treatment of a large hotel.I recommend cooking❗️If you choose sukiyaki for dinner, the meat seems to be Yamagata beef, so go for it! ️(The egg is so firm that you can even hold it with chopsticks!! It's said to be from Yamagata)But it's sukiyaki that isn't grilled.(beef hotpot)It's delicious, but there are too many appetizers. There are so many items that I think it could be better if there were a little less.My child doesn't have anything he wants to eat for breakfast. I want at least milk and yogurt. The bath was old-fashioned, and the open-air bath was also nice 🎵(Be careful when going to the open-air bath as it is cold and slippery ⚠️)The room was about 8 tatami mats in size and had a lot of storage space, making it very comfortable. It was a bit of a shame that ski rentals are not available here. But everyone was kind. Please try staying there 🎵

It was a rainy three-day weekend. The hot springs were full of the sulfur scent that is unique to Zao Onsen. I would like to go again on a nice day.

It's a very nice inn. The food is very delicious and filling. I like local cuisine. The hot springs are also wonderful, and when you take a bath in the open-air bath, the natural breeze blows and feels good. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned. I think it would be difficult to clean this much. There is no air conditioning in the room, so it can be hot depending on the season and time of day, but once you put up with it, the mornings and evenings are cool. If you can't live without air conditioning, try somewhere else.

The food was homemade and delicious. The hot spring was also a sulfur spring and had a suitable temperature. It was rainy and the temperature was a little low, which was a relief, but there is no air conditioning, so I wonder what will happen when it's hot.

Medium-sized hotel in Zao OnsenThe interior feels a little old, but it is well-maintained and feels several times cleaner.Check in while receiving a welcome drink. The elevator will be open and waiting for you.The room is small, but it has a bathroom so you don't feel cramped or inconvenient. It's a corner room on the 5th floor, so you can enjoy nature in different directions. As expected, it is very clean and the rooms, building, and bathrooms are all thoroughly cleaned. Both indoor and outdoor baths have strongly acidic hot water that is directly sourced from the source. It will give you a slight tingling sensation that will warm you from the core and make your skin smooth. Both dinner and breakfast are not particularly luxurious, but I am personally impressed by the variety of local cuisine made with local ingredients!Of course everything is delicious♪It was raining when I checked out, and the front desk staffPlease take care of my umbrella and my feet, landlady? was seen off outside byI left the inn.The customer service was also excellent. It is a perfect place for sightseeing as it is right in front of the Zao Central Ropeway terminal.Thank you very much for your help.

Second visit. The room is small and not luxurious by any means. Each travel destination is different.Might not be suitable for people who want to spend a luxurious time?Although it is compact, it is clean and easy to use. After taking a hot spring and eating a full meal, I just relax in my room, so I don't need a lot of space, so I'm actually grateful for that. You can go to the bathroom right away when you get off the elevator!Above all, hot springs are the best! It's not big or has a great view, but it's a nice hot spring that you'll want to bathe in over and over again. There's a large open-air bath nearby, so I'd like to go there, but once I take a bath here, I don't feel like going all the way there. And I won't go.The food is so local that you won't be able to eat it all!It might be a little unsatisfactory for young people who like Western food. However,If you want to eat local food, it's too delicious. It was spring when I visited, soThe wild vegetable tempura was the best! And the food was so delicious that I ate too much...The imoni is also delicious.I don't like mushrooms, but it's amazing that I can eat them. And my favorite isI really felt the care of everyone at the inn.The first and second time I went there with my elderly mother. The first time was a long time ago, so my mother doesn't remember it now, but she thought it was a good inn.I'm glad that he said he wanted to go again the second time as well.I had a great trip.thank you very much!
