The staff who came here on an intership basis from Taiwan were very hardworking and kind, and didn't make me feel formal, so I was able to spend a relaxing time there.

Located on the shore of Lake Toya, there are open-air baths and cave hot springs where you can enjoy the bath. Dinner is served in the room. It is diverse and delicious. In the evening, tourists board a boat to cruise the lake. The boat company sends staff to set off fireworks and sit in the room. You can enjoy the fireworks, the breakfast is very rich, and the hotel also provides pick-up and drop-off to the station.

It's an old hotel, but it seems like they're doing their best. The floor at the entrance to the room creaked. Wifi hardly worked in the room. The bath was good. The location was great.

The staff's service and the private open-air bath were great. Although it is an old building overall, the rooms have new features such as the plumbing, so it was very comfortable. At check-in, the Asian staff generally provided good customer service, but the Japanese man (a man with gray hair) who was at the front desk at night was much nicer. They carefully explained how to get to the lake to watch the fireworks, and when we arrived earlier than the reserved bath time, they prepared a bench for us to sit and wait. I was happy with your consideration.Seicomart was right in front, and Wakasa and Honpo were also nearby, so it was a great location for me as a traveler.

It is inconvenient for Mr. Toya Tourist Hotel to get up because he is stuck on tatami mats. The restroom of the old hotel is very small and can only be enjoyed by bathing in public hot springs in winter. Come with a group in autumn...
