I stayed with my family for one night during the recent three-day holiday.I usually stay at hot spring inns, but this time I was late in making my reservation, so I chose this one because it was relatively reasonable. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly host, and the room was very spacious, stylish, and comfortable. For dinner, I had spare ribs, which were very filling and delicious. There is no hot spring, but you can walk to the nearby public bath and get a free ticket. As a side note, there was a nostalgic Super Famicom in the room, so the whole family could enjoy it!I had a small problem, but they responded with sincerity and the recovery was pretty good, which made me feel very humbled. It was a very satisfying stay.I would definitely use it again!thank you very much!

The location of this hotel and cafe is perfect. It is situated about a 5 minutes drive up the mountain from Zao Onsen Village. You can walk or drive down to the village or up the mountain to the ropeways and outdoor onsens easily. There are beautiful views of the forests and the mountains from both the cafe and the guest rooms. The design of the property is modern. You will feel at home and relaxed as soon as you enter. Both the guest rooms and outdoor patios are beautifully designed. The service of the hotel is wonderful. All the staff are super helpful. Hayashi san, Jun san and Komeshi san helped me with everything I needed.I will definitely come visit again and I highly recommend anyone in Zao Onsen to spend time here, either a nice afternoon relaxing in the cafe, or a few days staying in the guest rooms.

We used it to celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday. The atmosphere of the building, the sense of style, the food, everything was wonderful, but the staff was especially nice!I would love to visit you again.

The cost performance and the front desk staff were wonderful.I would definitely use it again. The nearby hot spring where you can get a discount was so crowded that you couldn't even get into the bathroom, so it was a picture of hell (lol)Next time, I will consider another day trip hot spring facility.

The lobby is cozy, with blues the chipmunk and a tank of fishThere is a restaurant and a small galleryThis time I stayed in a six-person room with one partition for each person. The floor heating in the room was very nice. There is no bathroom in this room, so you can only take a bath/bath outside: there are free bath coupons, and some hot springs can be used at a discount.

What a lovely place with fantastic staff. They really make you feel welcome and at home. We enjoyed our dinner too at the restaurant. The bed room is nice and large, modern and well decorated. They also let us get tickets to use the onsen down the road for a small price which was nice. There is a need for sound proofing as you can hear EVERYTHING from the room next door. This was okay for us as friends, but I wouldn’t recommend for couples. The bed is also very creaky, perhaps needs a few screws tightened. Overall we felt very happy and relaxed. Thank you!

I stayed here for one night with my family in July 2023. The staff were friendly and gave a good impression, the breakfast in the same facility was delicious, and the interior was stylish and nice. However, there is one big problem. There were only two guest rooms, and there were people staying next door, but the sound leakage from the next room was deadly. The sounds of walking, the sounds of taking a bath, the sounds of smartphone notifications, even the sounds of TV show performers... I don't know if the walls are extremely thin or if there's something else going on, but it was the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in (my husband and I both share the same impression). The person next door seemed to be staying up late, and the sounds of daily life continued until the early hours of the morning, during which neither the couple could sleep. There was no staff in the building after 10pm, so I couldn't ask for advice, so I just had to endure it (I didn't want to cause any trouble, so I refrained from directly alerting the room next door).I think it would be a good hotel if there were no sound issues. Wouldn't it be better to take soundproofing measures or limit the stay to just one group?

I think it's up to each person what they look for in an inn, but I think this is definitely an inn for those looking for relaxation and an extraordinary sense of freedom.I stayed there for the first time on July 31st, 2020.As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, there were serows on the road🦌? I was surprised to see the parent and child of Mr.A part of Zao Onsen's currently unused ski resort and private facilities were purchased in their entirety, and the building was renovated into a stylish cafe and accommodation on the second floor. It feels similar to a cottage in terms of classification.I stayed in room 203.A wonderful room with carefully designed interiors that look like a fashionable person who would be featured in a magazine ✨I thought there was no refrigerator, but it was hidden inside some fancy furniture 💨Your commitment is wonderful😌The toilet and bath are unit baths. If you would like to take a bath in the hot spring ♨️, just ask the staff and they will send you there for free 😉The paintings and “chipmunks” on display in the facility 🐿️ Are you? Once my heart was healed, it was time for dinner ✨Dinner was Japanese food, which was disappointing in a good way considering the Western-style building. While watching the bonfire🔥 on the wooden deckEverything from the appetizer to the main course, ``wild vegetable soup and soba noodles,'' was delicious and memorable. The next day's breakfast is a stylish Western style🥯🥤✨It started with a tomato salad🥗 topped with whole mozzarella cheese, followed by a special coffee☕, and the main course was homemade ricotta cheese pancakes🥯 (the milk used is the rich-flavored Jersey type Yamabe milk🐄), smoothies 🥤 and other luxurious items from the morning 😋 It rained in the morning ☂️ on the same day, so we had to eat inside the restaurant, but on sunny days we were told that we could have breakfast on the terrace 🌱 It definitely felt good. Uuu~😆On the way back, climb the "Tenku Corridor" that takes advantage of the vast site area and enjoy the scenery ⛰️The view from the observation deck above the former ski resort, which you can climb up 351 easy-to-climb wooden stairs, was truly spectacular ✨⛰️✨It was a wonderful inn where I was able to experience a truly extraordinary experience and by the time I returned home, I was completely healed and in a good mood 🍀Thank you very much✨😌✨
