The open-air bath is the best!It is recommended because you can go in any season and enjoy nature. Also, there are other places you can enjoy outside of your room.

Full marks for everything 💯The best thing is the cost performance! !All comics?course? The one I was looking for and staying at didn't have any additions.Alcohol! Welcome drink! coffee!ice! Things that go well with wine from the knob! After all, it's all you can do! Japanese and Western food for dinner, freshly grilled and fried right in front of you! There's no reason why it's not good❗The quality of the bath is also good❗The river below the open air is beautiful◯! 100% want to stay again! People who want to be quiet and calm, people who want to drink alcohol, go and check it out❗❗❗❗

All the employees were kind and I thoroughly enjoyed the all-inclusive accommodation. The open-air bath along the river is the best.

Everything was good. Some people pointed out the smell in the elevator and inside the building, but I couldn't smell it.If anything, there was a nice smell of coffee on the first floor.Free food and drinks in the rest area The time varies depending on the time of day, so no matter when I came, it wouldn't open.It was my first time to make coffee from beans, but it was fun. There was a post that said the rooms didn't have all the amenities, but I think it depends on the room. The room I stayed in had various amenities. The open-air bath was great as the temperature had dropped that day. There were plenty of bath towels, so I was happy to be able to take a bath without worrying about how many times I took a bath. There was also a buffet. It was good. The beef tongue, steak, and sushi were also authentic, different from a normal buffet. This is the first time I was not disappointed. The beef tongue was more delicious than Ri○.I definitely want to go again.

I went to Matsushima Ichinobo twice and it was very good, so I went there with high hopes for Sakunami as well. I stayed in a standard room, but first of all, the inside of the hotel smelled old and was very humid.Especially the elevator is terrible. I wonder if I should burn some aromatherapy. When I returned home, my family told me that my clothes smelled old. There were no hand towels or amenities in the room. Just paper towels and a toothbrush. This was the first time that I was disappointed that there were no amenities even though it was an all-inclusive hotel, and the amenities in the public bath were of low quality, so it would be better to prepare them yourself. The public bath and open-air bath are quite far away and there are many stairs, so I think it may be difficult for elderly people.Even if you pay 30,000 yen for the standard plan, there will be no repeat purchases. It's a shame because the food and lounge service were good.

I went for 3 days and 2 nights on the first day of a 3-day weekend.I was able to enjoy the room and meals, but the open-air bath and mugwort sauna were closed due to the rain causing water levels in the nearby river to rise. The rain stopped for most of the last day, but once it starts raining, it doesn't seem to come back for a while.I can't help it because it's a natural thing, but I also paid a modest fee to visit this inn to relieve the fatigue from my busy work, and I was really looking forward to it, so I decided not to be able to use it for the entire day. It was sad. Also, I have never had an open-air bath closed due to rain on any of my previous trips, so if this happens often, I would like them to clearly state it on their website.I also asked the staff if there was a partial refund or if there was any alternative service if that was not possible, but the response was very poor.In any case, it was a natural phenomenon, so they were only too focused on their fault, and they had no intention of apologizing, and they just talked for a long time, including stories about unrelated hotels in the area, and I was surprised at their lack of hospitality.Of course, I understand that it's not the inn's fault, but I think it's too much of a lack of consideration for the guests to say that if the inn isn't at fault, they don't have to do anything. This is because you are paying a price that includes the service.I heard that this kind of thing happens often due to rain, so it might be difficult to give a partial refund to everyone, but since the price includes the open-air bath and sauna services, it happens often. If so, I feel that you should prepare some kind of alternative service in advance. At the very least, staff should be trained on how to communicate this to customers. Those who come mainly for the food and the room may not be particularly concerned, but those who mainly come for the open-air bath and sauna will be at a loss.Among the many inns and hotels, I don't think it's necessary to go to a place where the open-air bath is closed due to rain, and there is no alternative service in that case, and the staff are not very friendly.I don't think I'll ever go there again, including other hotels run by Ichinobo, who runs this inn.

Reviews are 3.5I stayed there on the first day of the holidays because it happened to be empty. It depends on the purpose, but I think it depends on the person whether it is worth the price of accommodation for one person per night.Even though the building is old, the rooms are kept well-maintained.However, I am concerned about the smell of the building, especially the elevator. The public bath is cold and you might catch a cold. Also, the efficacy of the hot springs is unknown as the display could not be confirmed. There are no reviews because the open-air bath was closed due to heavy rain. Also, I thought this was an accommodation that didn't allow children, but there were families with small children at the buffet venue (I mistakenly misjudged the accommodation to be good). There is nothing special about human service. It's all self(I feel that the hotel is paying attention to hygiene so that guests can spend their time comfortably.)Lines to do anythingI've never experienced it, but it looked like a soup kitchen or rationing thing you see on TV, and as a spoiled child who used it for vacation, I couldn't bear to watch it.I was overwhelmed by the number of customers ranging from young people to physically fit people in their early 60s (I was so tired that I forgot to take a photo of the dinner). The photo is early morning, breakfastThe rice was deliciousLastly, I think the conditions were not good for us to finish work early and be exhausted. It was not suitable for a couple to relax and enjoy seasonal meals as the couple did not have access to water. This is our impressions as a couple.Recommended for active people who are full of energy and want to do everything themselves!
