Breakfast was good. Since check-out was late, I was able to have a leisurely breakfast. However, the temperature in the room was 19 degrees, so cold that I felt like I might catch a cold. I slept with my clothes on for the first time since I couldn't adjust the temperature. I couldn't stop sneezing and my nose was running.

At 6,000 per night including breakfast, there’s nothing to complain about. But it must be said that there seems to be something wrong with this hotel's strategy.I feel like the hotel provides a lot of seemingly "fashionable" and "attractive" services. For example: bicycle rental, drink bar with alcohol, free late-night ramen, supplies, special lotions and bath products, etc.But the most important aspect of accommodation should be the room itself. It is obvious that all the facilities are very old.The corridor after exiting the elevator is almost opaque and painted with a very unpleasant dark green wallpaper. The feeling of pressure is heavy and uncomfortableI saw other comments mentioning the issue of smoke smell. However, I was lucky enough to stay on the floor and in the room where there was no smoke smell problem.I've been to the smoking floors and the smell is indeed very strong.Although the room does not smell like smoke, it does have a musty smell problemThe outside of the bathroom mirror is stained but has not been replaced.Everything on TV has a sense of age.But if you don’t care about these things, it’s really worth staying here.Because his breakfast is really goodThe dishes are very rich, and the homemade seafood donburi has a lot of ingredients. It's just a rough and full meal, not refined. If you are looking for the ultimate CP value, you can consider this one.

This hotel is cost-effective, with large rooms, free late-night ramen and drinks, and the room is clean and quiet. I stayed for four nights.

I made a reservation because it was cheap, but it was too far from the station. And the smell of cigarette smoke is very strong from the hotel hallway. Not to mention the rooms. And it's in a place where it looks like it's getting old and haunted... …The room was spacious and nice

[Must read before booking!]This is the worst hotelI have ever visited in my life.[WHY?]1. Photo (Nice) Vs. Real Place (Old&Dirty):All Photo you see in website looks good, but the real place's condition is super old & dirty2.Broken & Outdated Room:Vintage look like 80's every electronic devices (Outdated), Water Leakage from bathtub, and Cigaratte smell from the air purifier.3. Cigaratte smell everywhere:The cigarette smell is all over the place since steping out of the elevator and even stronger when you get into the room(even booking non-smoking room). For who love surprise and 80's vibe with smoking smell I would recommend you to book this amazing place. It will be the most memorable experience of your life.

The hotel is quite quiet even at full capacity, but the Internet is so poooooor! Even at full signal, the connection still dropped off occasionally. The beds are soft but the pillows are very hard. It is about 20mins walk to Hakodate JR station, comparatively farther than hotels and inns

Service is great, particularly at the front desk. They're very helpful and make up for the terrible rooms. The rooms are very old and could do with modernisation. The toilet is so cramped up against the door that I need to sit sidewards. When I arrived, I spent 10 minutes cleaning mould from the shower hanger and exhaust, which was there because the bathroom didn't have a functioning fan. My room was expensive online, and it was several times more expensive than booking in Japan. As the most expensive hotel I booked during my holiday, I expected more from the room.

10 minutes walk to free marketParking was free so it was easy to get around.I felt like the room wasn't cleaned well, but the room was nice and spacious. It seems like massages are also available as a service. It's a reservation system, so you might want to make a reservation quite early.Table tennis and karaoke are also free and reservations are required.Whiskey and shochu at the drink cornerThere was Sofudori, so it was pretty fulfilling.

I go to Hakodate every month for consecutive nights.Although lodging costs have been rising recently, probably due to the influence of inbound tourists, I decided to stay here for the first time because the price was reasonable and the breakfast seemed good.Parking was free, there was alcohol in the welcome drink, and the seafood was good for breakfast. The free ramen for dinner was also delicious. It was a big hotel and it was like a maze to get to the room.I had breakfast on the first day after 8 o'clock, but there wasn't much seafood left (salmon, squid, sweet shrimp), and there were no crab sticks. There wasn't much replenishment and it seemed to run out quickly. The last entry was at 9:00 and the restaurant closed around 9:30, but the staff had already started cleaning up the food that had gone missing before 9:00.On the second day, I went at 6:30 when it opened, so the food was plentiful and delicious. You can eat ramen for dinner starting at 8pm, but there are no staff members, so it may be difficult to know if you can come in and eat at that time.
